- ZDZ D2 days ago1.0Never ever get your transmission fluid changed here. They won’t recommend the right fluid or Go over anything with you and many vehicles specifically run better and need certain transmission fluid to live long lives! I’ve had my oil change here and they use the right oil so I expected the same with transmission fluid, but was sadly disappointed. Their customer service team will just give you attitude and won’t offer a refund (Jose)! The Jiffy Lube pledge clearly states they will use OEM when available and they will guide you to the right products for preventative methods and that was absolutely not done for me! And that’s the last of my time I will waste on this company!!!!
- JMJaime Martinez3 days ago1.0🚩🚩🚩STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE During my last visit to Jiffy Lube, they damaged my car's oil pan. They overtightened the drain plug and stripped the threads, meaning the entire oil pan had to be replaced. I went to the Almaden location, explained exactly what they did, and they flat out refused to fix it. I had to pay $533 out of my own pocket to repair the damage they caused. They damaged my vehicle, completely hid it from me, and refused to take responsibility. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place
- RRRadmirApr 4, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with Jeff Lube. Their website clearly states that tire replacement and wheel alignment services are available at all branches. However, this is simply not true. I contacted multiple locations, and none of them were able to perform the service as advertised. One branch did confirm they offer it, but when I showed up on a Saturday, I was told to come back on Monday. This is extremely inconvenient and misleading, especially when the website suggests that all locations provide these services without such limitations. If you’re advertising a service, it should actually be available — or at least clearly state any restrictions. Wasting customers’ time like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend relying on their website information.
