I had a prepaid reservation and showed up to pick up the car, only to be told that they had no cars available. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, they were smirking and acting sarcastic about it. One employee compared my reservation to “making a dinner reservation for a table — whoever gets there first gets it,” which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a reservation does not actually guarantee a car, that should be made clear in advance — especially when customers have already planned their trip around it. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
