Every visit is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. The rental process is always smooth, and the vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrive. I want to give a special thank you to Mario, Ryan, Kip, Matt, Celeste, Anne, and Winnie and the rest of the team here at the (Pearl Ave/Capitol Expressway) location. Each of them has gone above and beyond to make every rental a positive experience. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. Their teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail are the reasons I continue to choose Enterprise week after week. It's not often you find a team that delivers such consistently excellent service, and they deserve to be recognized for their hard work. Thank you all for making every rental easy and stress-free. I was told by the manager Mario to wait for 17 mins more so they can bring the car over, but 25 mins later I still dont have the car. 3. If there is no manager there named Mario, hence that employee was trained to lie to customer when i requested to talk to the manager. Conclusion: never come back with such a worst service ...
