    I appreciate the friendly and excellent customer service! I have come here multiple times, and each time I have see the staff treat everyone (in-person or phone) with respect and professionalism. The process from getting a rental to returning a rental is so smooth and quick. I was offered a ride when returning my rental, which is I was grateful for! I will continue to come here when/if I have to for rentals.

    I called two hours before arriving and was told they had plenty of 4x4 vehicles so I could swap out the one I was in due to the A/C not operating, then when I get there from driving up from Morgan Hill they tell me they don’t have any

    I once had a good experience with the Enterprise of Barack Obama, boulevard San Jose locationwhich I shared on Google, and this time again I was very satisfied with the Enterprise at the 395 Curtner Ave location, where I went with Joshua, and everything was great. I later dropped off the car at Caliber Collision, and they really helped me to drop off the car there because I could pick up my own car from there after the repair. And I’m very happy, and Enterprise has always been great, and their staff is always excellent.
