    My experience was perfect. Phil and everyone there were professional and friendly. I came via my insurance because my car was hit so I was already apprehensive. The guys made the process painless and the car Durango GT with the Hemi - I was in love and now trying to buy it. It was fun driving it and your team at this location San Jose Fairgrounds were superb. I will recommend anyone to go back to Enterprise to rent a car. My mother purchased a car from you 20 yrs ago and my brother is still driving it to this day. That has to say something about your service and car. Please give them a shout out because its rough dealing with the public and the handled each customer like a pro.

    I had my car in a body shop. needed a rental and my insurance signed my up with enterprise. I received a dirty car with an empty tank. Returned the car soon after and asked for credit for an almost full tank of gas. Did not get a response back.
