  Goodness! I had no idea it would take me an HOUR to get a rental car, the Tuesday after Memorial Day around 11am! Ughhhh! The service was fine, very nice, helpful agents, but only 2 behind the counter and I was at least 10th in line! My Fiancé ended up paying $20 for parking his car in the stupid parking garage, as he waited for me to get my rental car! Ughhhh! At least I got the rental car, SUV- Tucson, Hyundai I wanted. I know there's never a grantee on car rentals, but one can HOPE and cross your fingers and toes! Hee I'm only giving 3 out of 5 because it took me 45 mins to GET the paperwork on my car, which I couldn't register ahead of time, since I got my rental through Priceline.com and then once upstairs, it took me another 15 mins to actually GET my rental..... I guess they ran out of clean cars... mine was soaking wet, but I know she was CLEAN! Hee. Oh- I ended up extending my rental and the original price was lower that week versus the continued week.... So that was a bit more on my wallet.....

  Absolutely seamless pick up and drop off work flow. The rental center is located right across from the departure location at the Mineta airport. Price reflects accurately for what we needed. No hidden fees. Garage manager was able to locate our reservation and vehicle efficiently. The vehicle had no maintenance issues and road as needed. Pleased with our service and will be reserving the next time we are back in San Jose.

  I love the easy rental experience offered by Enterprise. I preregister and don't wait at a counter.

  Their deposit policy is a legit lie. Paid way more even in circumstance getting the rental due to car accident with insurance. Staff is great but policy is terrible

  Terrible experience. They didn't have the car we reserved (luxury sedan) so they tried to give us a Genesis SUV with a tire pressure warning on (we declined). Then, they gave us a BMW SUV. After a few minutes on the road we realized it constantly emits a terrible odor from the vents. We can't use the AC and have to drive with the windows down all the time to keep the smell to a minimum, even in the rain. Also, there is a problem with the rear seat that continously chimes an alarm about the seat being unlocked (we spent 30 mins trying to fix it - no luck). We called to try to swap it out but they said they were out of vehicles. There is no way they were unaware of these problems. They are knowingly renting vehicles that should be in the shop getting repaired. After years renting from Enterprise looks like we're going to switch to another company.
