Karen and Khang were super helpful with the pickup and drop off. Definitely recommend using them again if you’re ever looking to rent a vehicle

Didn't have the car I reserved. The car that they gave me was filthy. They never came to pick me up at my location and the collision center had to take me to enterprise where I had a lengthy wait and did not get the car I reserved. The windows were so smudged that I couldn't hardly see out ot them to make my 70 mile journey back home. The car had a 1/4 of a tank of gas and I had to detail it myself so I could stand to drive around in it.

Katrina was exceptional!! Great service skills, very informative regarding the rental, no hassle! Very pleased with vehicle given, had to call office twice regarding the agreement to verify extension (insurance rental), quick response from Enterprise personnel, all my questions answered.

The folks at Enterprise were very helpful after my accident - they picked me up from my house and brought me in to their office, got all of the coverage info from my Insurance Company, and had me in a vehicle and out the door in less than 20 minutes from the time I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful - no complaints!
