  The folks at Enterprise were very helpful after my accident - they picked me up from my house and brought me in to their office, got all of the coverage info from my Insurance Company, and had me in a vehicle and out the door in less than 20 minutes from the time I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful - no complaints!

  Do not come here. They do not have any cars available so you will need to wait an hour or so for them to bring in some. They will waste your time and lock you into a car with terrible mileage over the car you asked for.

  If I could I would give this location zero star. First of all, the courtesy pickup from auto bodyshop never came for 45 minutes after my reservation. I had to call a Uber myself unfortunately! Then the checkin personnel isn’t helpful at all, waited for 30 minutes to get checked in. And another 40 minutes wait after that when checkin personnel isn’t helpful told me there’s only 2 customers ahead of me. How could that be possible to let me wait for 40 minutes to get the rental car. I have expressed the urgency to the get car ASAP to multiple ppl on site who didn’t bother to help me at all. Eventually someone came back from lunch helped me to pickup but I ordered standard car while she gave me full size car and attempted to charge me more. Also online option had car seat to be added but none at location, why would you even show that as an online option. This is very misleading. All in all to avoid this location if you can! Extremely poor rental car experience ever!!!

  Good service. Competitive pricing. Don’t use gas option. They provide pick up service which is timely and convenient. 5/5 Their front desk service is courteous and professional. 5/5 They provided gas option for a full tank at somewhat competitive price per gallon. I got it somehow thinking it would be usage based. It was not. You only get your moneys worth if you bring your car with EMPTY tank which is practically impossible. Fortunately, they changed it post hoc to the usual “fill up the tank before you return the car” model.
