Deceptive inventory manipulation, hostile staff, and a hazardous parking lot My BMW 7 series was in an accident where the other party was 100% at fault, and their insurance set up a "Premium Class" rental at this Enterprise location. However, once I arrived at the counter, the staff claimed that "the only car available" was a cheap, low-end Kia. Knowing this industry trick, I stood right at their counter and opened Enterprise's public retail website on my phone without using the insurance claim link. Guess what? Premium cars were fully available for immediate reservation. They are intentionally withholding vehicles from insurance clients to save inventory for higher-paying retail walk-ins. This is classic bait-and-switch and highly unethical business conduct. To make matters worse, leaving this place without a car turned into an absolute nightmare. On our way out, the one-way exit driveway was completely blocked by a black Mazda illegally parked right in the middle of the lane with door open and a person standing beside (as captured on my vehicle's dashcam) I sat there blocked for over 2 minutes, and the people standing right in front of my car completely ignored me. When I finally honked to get through, they closed their car doors but refused to actually move the vehicle out of the way. Instead, they had the audacity to yell at me, "Why you honk?!" and aggressively waved their hands, expecting me to squeeze through a dangerously narrow space. The bottleneck they created was so tight and hazardous that my Tesla's self-driving system flat-out refused to proceed due to the severe collision risk with another vehicle on the opposite side. I was forced to disengage the automation and take a massive personal risk to manually maneuver through their chaotic mess just to escape. The level of hostility, complete lack of basic courtesy, and utter failure of lot management at this location is shocking. If you value your time, your safety, and your sanity, do not step foot into this Enterprise location.

Car seats were dirty and filthy. It had one big dent on the driver side door handle and another at the rear quarter panel. The dash rattled. Basically, they gave me a POS.

Had a reservation through an insurance claim after my Tesla was hit by another driver. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, Enterprise was supposed to pick me up from the body shop but arrived so late that the body shop ended up driving me over themselves. Then, despite having a reservation, I waited approximately 1.5 hours before I was even given a vehicle. Once I finally got a car, I was repeatedly encouraged to pay extra for an upgrade. When I declined, I was assigned a Mitsubishi Mirage that felt like the absolute bottom-of-the-barrel option. The vehicle was extremely small, lacked basic appearance items like hubcaps, and did not inspire much confidence in its overall condition. I understand economy rentals exist, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being punished for declining upsells—especially when they’re already dealing with the inconvenience of an accident claim. The delays, poor communication, and overall customer experience made an already stressful situation much worse.

My insurance company set up this car rental. Enterprise did not have any cars I was eligible for. I started with a basic Nissan. I went back the second and third day and they never had a vehicle in my eligible price range. They did offer another vehicle and reduced the cost to what my insurance allowed. This contract was forwarded to another Enterprise location because of low inventory.

Reserved in advance for pick up as airport pick up was more expensive. Ubered there, Waited more than 40 mins and still was asked to wait 20 more mins. Again ubered back to airport, the lower price is not worth the wait. If you want to pick up, you should probably be prepared to wait for long.
