Katrina Anabo (Rental Management Trainee) then walked me through the entire vehicle inspection and rental process with full knowledge and professionalism. What stood out most was her smile and genuine care throughout. She made something administrative feel personal and attentive. Karen Hernandez (Branch Rental Manager) handled the final paperwork efficiently and seamlessly on my return. The whole experience was smooth, zero complications, and exactly what you need after a travel hiccup. The team didn't just solve a problem. They made the day better.   I had a very frustrating experience with the Sunnyvale location where my reservation was unexpectedly canceled, but things completely turned around thanks to Erin at the San Jose location. Erin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was the time and attention she gave to walking me through the car. I’ve rented plenty of vehicles before, but no one has ever taken the time to thoroughly explain all the features and how everything works the way she did. It made a huge difference, especially when getting used to a new car can feel confusing. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Her level of customer service is honestly top-tier, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and confident before driving off.
