- NLNghi LeMay 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing pickup experience at this location on Thursday, May 7th at around 8:45 PM. The store was not busy, but when I arrived for my pickup order, the employee had not even started shopping for it yet. He seemed like he did not want to do his job, had a bad attitude, and was cussing while on shift. When my order was finally handled, he threw my items onto the counter instead of handing them over professionally. Some items were also missing from my order, which made the experience even worse. When I brought up the missing items/refund, he did not offer to help at first and told me I had to call and handle it myself. Only after the issue was pushed did it seem like anything was being addressed. The employee was the male worker with long hair and a beard. Management should review the pickup order/time and address this because the service was completely unprofessional.

Jair went above and beyond making sure the terminals were in good condition, the battery was well connected, and I felt safe to drive. Thank you Jair for helping me when I needed the most, being kind, your attention to detail, and great attitude.
