  Great experience with Alamo Rent-A-Car. Would highly recommend the pre-check-in so you can Skip the line and go right to your vehicle. 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you, Alamo and all of your fine associates that assisted.

  This is the place! My experience is 5/5 because of the sweetest woman - Tara. She welcomed my boyfriend and I with the warmest smile and personality! After a long day of travel from Ohio, she was patient, kind, and supportive. You know how it is after a flight and wanting to be at your destination.. well, she gets it!! I’m so thankful she was at the desk and sent good energy our way. She made sure we were in the ride we wanted, and did not hesitate to make my partner’s first time in CA memorable. In fact, I’ve been many times, but this was my favorite. The way this trip started with everything feeling aligned , thanks to Tara, I will be back here again. Tara, I really hope you see this. :) You made this trip the best we ever had, being able to cruise on the coast in a convertible. The young gentlemen at the car pickup was also very kind and helpful as well. I’m sorry, I don’t have your name! All in all, 5/5 for the service and human centered approach. Since I can’t give her a raise, I’ll give her all the praise. But she deserves and raise AND more. Thank you :)

  Please, please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO ALAMO unless you want your money stolen. The company has done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. My friend group and I rented an SUV for a couple of days for a trip, and everything was going well. We paid $661 for the rental. Things started going downhill after we returned the vehicle. After we turned it in, we were told we would receive an updated statement. I was shocked when I found out that I had been charged $1,300+ instead. It also says it was checked in at CHARLESTON AIRPORT (which is in North Carolina.) I live in Cali… I never been to NC. They gave us someone else’s rental. I contacted a manager about the unexpected charge, and they acknowledged that the issue was on their end. I was assured that the situation would be escalated and that the extra amount would be refunded.That did NOT happen. For days, then weeks, and eventually months, I was repeatedly ghosted and ignored. I spoke to three different managers Josh, Sal, and Martin and was repeatedly told that the money had been “refunded” or “reversed” and that I should keep an eye out for it. To this day, I have never received the refund. This has genuinely been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the situation, but nothing was resolved. Sadly I tried to do a dispute with my banking assuming it might be a banking issue but when I contacted them, they told me there’s NO refunds from Alamo. I’ve attached proof below so you can see the situation.

  Il servizio è cortese e gli impiegati molto cortesi. Le macchine prima della consegna andrebbero controllate meglio, ci hanno consegnato una macchina con il vetro rotto siamo dovuti ritornare indietro a prenderne un'altra. Per il resto ottimo servizio ottimo customer care.
