  Im a fan I get the premium membership I think it's about $40/month I go multiple times a week I like that they have soft towels avaliable for touch dry following the drive thru wash The drive thru wash also does a good job cleaning my rims and tires which is excellent considering that area has always been a issue with other drive theu wash services The vacuums work well too Now that I have the unlimited membership I definitely get my money's worth and keep my car meticulously clean

  I pay monthly to come here, good carwash, worth the price. Today April 22, 2026 I came in at 10 am to go through as usual. I pull up to the app Gates. It doesn't open, I wait.. nothing, I back up slowly and try pulling up again, nothing. I back up and go to the other app gate slowly, again nothing, try backing up and pulling forward at this one, still nothing. I thought by this point the cashier working would have at least checked out acknowledged my existence but looked as though nobody was even working. I back up and go to the party window and wait. Finally someone comes over and opens the window says welcome to Tommy's. I tell them I pay monthly, they ask if I have a question, I say no the gates wouldn't open, they ask today. I look at them to see if this is a serious question, she says it's just a question you don't have to give me attitude then let's me through. If this person working had been doing their job or paying any attention this review wouldn't be written. I never have issues with this place and do like the service but this was unnecessary. Not sure if I want to continue my monthly subscription here or not.

  What a horrible car wash. They messed up my car. My car is a new car and they were saying that they are not going to fix it. I’m so upset.

  Over priced basic wash $14.00 plus they charge extra for vacuum not worthed. $5.00 for vacuum

  Very disappointing experience. The customer service here is unprofessional and not helpful at all. I clearly told the cashier I only wanted a one-month subscription with NO auto-renewal, but it was renewed anyway without my permission. On top of that, I barely use the service, and the one time I went, the car wash was down. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else, but they refused and handled the situation in a rude way. Definitely not recommended. Poor service and bad customer experience.
