  Excellent customer service!! Fast with expertise service!! Knowledgeable and very considerate with my extra necessities.....have embarrassing issues with popping my trunk but the guy handling it made it smooth and easy for me.....THANK YOU VAVOLINE!!

  Everyone was super nice and didn’t judge me for coming there with no coolant in my car. 😅😣 The instead used the opportunity to educate me on it. Each staff member I encountered was professional, very detailed and informative. I really appreciated the insight and the kindness from everyone on the team thank you all so much to the team that worked on 7/1/26!!

  The attendant we were assigned was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done and gave options to get certain services done and also provided me with a list of the importance of each Thing I would need to get done for my car like when it would be due if something could be put off for a while if I couldn’t afford it at the time, which is very helpful in this economy, his name is Adam. Great service good young man I will definitely be coming back for service at Valvoline and particular this Valvoline on south in San Francisco.

  Who believes that good ol’ customer service is DEAD? I did until I showed up here for the second time, and it reminded me of my first time. I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years, and let me tell you, every single person there is sooo courteous, polite, and pleasant! They give you options and don’t mind answering your questions and explaining the options present. They don’t passive aggressively force you into purchasing extra service, they keep you posted on how long or longer you have to wait, and it’s just a good vibe of people working here, and as a native San Franciscan, I appreciate it! Thank you , Valvoline! You know how to hire a great team. They represent you sooo well. Treat them all to lunch! Thanks a bunch!!!!!

  At the Valvoline location at 300 7th Street, San Francisco, I told three different employees that my tire pressure warning light was on. Even while I was there, the light never turned off. I was told that air had been added and that the system would update later, which is simply not true. If the tire pressures had been properly adjusted, the warning light would have gone off immediately. This was careless and unacceptable service.
