  I went to your San Francisco branch on Monday for an oil change. I stayed in my car as told. They asked me to press the button inside to open the trunk for their inspection. After the oil change, I paid and drove out onto Highway 280 North. Then cars behind honked at me. I found my trunk was still open, and some of my personal belongings had flown out onto the highway. I drive a four‑door sedan, by the way. I feel really upset and disappointed. The service was not cheap, and that day was not busy—they had plenty of staff. So I don't think this should have happened. It was pure carelessness and could easily have been avoided. And this isn't even about forgetting to tighten a screw.

  Emerson and Wesley were professional and informative when asked to check for any visible leaks below and thankfully no issues were noticed. Bottomside David was underneath doing the dirty part of the job. Although I didn’t see him down in the pit I appreciate his service and making sure my van oil level and filter are good to go. Once completed the manager approached to assure that service was complete and offered to answer any questions. Been going here for years and they never miss.

  Always a great experience when we come visit! Positive vibes and smiles from everyone. They are very informative about anything you need and will let you know if your vehicle needs any preventative upgrades without being aggressive like other places try to up sell you on everything. Very consistent throughout the whole visit. Ill be sure to bring my other vehicles there as well

  This was hands-down the fastest, most efficient, and most professional oil change I’ve had in 44 years on this earth. Randy was fantastic! Explained what they were doing. Highlighted potential discounts and bonuses I can get. Told me what Maintenance was scheduled and what they could do today with time estimates, and weren’t pushy at all. I wish I needed oil changes more often!

  I keep coming back to Valvoline because they always have great coupons available, which helps save money on routine maintenance. Their service is quick, convenient, and efficient, making it easy to get in and out without a long wait. The staff is always friendly, professional, and never pushy about additional services. They also do a great job explaining what they’re doing throughout the service, and if they notice any issues, they clearly explain what they are without making you feel pressured. During my recent visit, I got an oil change and tire rotation and was able to save 20% off my final invoice with a coupon I found online. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate the customer service. Thank you guys!
