There was a crowd of around 10 customers waiting to pick up their pre-booked rental cars at 9 a.m. Only one counter out of three(!) was operating → waiting time: 25 minutes to infinity, I guess We booked a metallic grey BMW X3 in advance. Of course, the app says “or similar,” but as Germans, and as people who have used SIXT multiple times before, we assumed “similar” would mean at Most a different colour. Instead, we were given a Volvo When we asked how this was possible, the worker showed absolutely no hospitality. He simply swiped through the options and rather rudely told us that IF we wanted a BMW, we could get a 5 Series SEDAN for an extra $60–70 per day🤯 Then, the Volvo assigned to us (we already had the receipt and licence plate number) was occupied by other customers in the garage. The employee there just laughed and said, “Oh, they want your car,” and walked away. So we had to approach complete strangers ourselves, explain that they were in our rental car, and ask them to leave When returning the vehicle, we faced a “first day here” employee who took an hour of our time trying to figure out how their work app functioned and how to accept the return of a fully covered vehicle with no defects Dear SIXT SF, if you genuinely think a Volvo is the same car as a BMW, please put a Volvo on all your brochures and use it in your BMW advertising instead - and then see how the sales go

I rented a car from Fisherman’s Wharf in SF. The wait time to get a car was long but Tiffany was extremely helpful and offered a discount for the wait. She is well organized and did her best to help the line of customers. Great employee!!

Excellent accueil aussi bien à la prise du véhicule qu’à la dépose. Nous avons été surclassé, notre véhicule était incroyable, une Chevrolet Traverse. Le prix était tout à fait raisonnable et les explications très claires. Merci
