    Extremely poor experience at this location. I rented a car for one day (May 23–24) and returned it the next morning as scheduled. Weeks later, SIXT claimed the car had never been returned and charged me over $5,000 for a rental period during which I was not even in San Francisco. Their own records also show the wrong vehicle and a signature that is not mine. Despite several emails and calls to this branch, and multiple contacts initiated by SIXT itself regarding the return, the branch has done nothing to help resolve the situation. I have provided documentation proving the return, including receipts and flight records showing I left California that same morning, and have still gotten no real response or accountability from the location itself. This branch's recordkeeping is unreliable, and getting a legitimate error corrected has been an enormous, drawn-out hassle and is STILL NOT RESOLVED. I would not trust this location with a rental unless you're prepared to keep extensive documentation of your own, because theirs cannot be trusted.

    Overall, the rental process was quick and hassle-free, which I really liked. However, while it wasn’t a huge deal, we were assigned a different vehicle from the specific model we had chosen and reserved.

    The experience started off good. Staff was nice. Ended up with a car that was almost empty and didn't notice it. Put $60 worth of gas in it plus the gas i used and was not reimbursed. The manager said she'd look after it and now ignores my emails. Too bad, they could have had a good review if they just fixed their mistakes.

    Booked car for 8 AM, got there for pickup at 8.30, car wasn’t ready till 9.40 AM. This is deplorable service and messed up my day’s schedule on a short trip. I moved my business from Hertz to Sixt for better service but I have disappointed 2 times out of 3.

    I went to rent a car from this place, and the manager was extremely rude. When it was my turn to speak with her or ask a question, she was laughing and joking with other customers instead of helping me. She also ignored me and my husband and did not give us a fair opportunity to explain our situation. I tried to find a solution because I had an emergency and needed the car, but she refused to help. She insisted that I needed a credit card to pay, As a student, I do not have a credit card. When I called a friend to bring his credit card, she accused us of using a stolen card, which was very upsetting and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was that their website stated that both debit and credit cards were accepted, and it did not clearly explain the requirement that caused the issue. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and humiliating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
