Awesome service, they took care of my busted up bumper and showed me how to replace my mirror caps. They also gave my wife a cheaper quote than others while not putting any pressure on her, which made her feel way more confident in getting right level of auto service.

I brought my Subaru to Selecta (a Farmers preferred shop) after an accident based on their strong reviews. My initial intake with Patty was terrible. She was rude, dismissed my electrical issues as unrelated, and refused to use original OEM parts. I had to spend many hours researching and sending the shop videos and links to prove how hitting bumper sensors compromises the electrical system and why original Subaru parts are required for them to function properly. The reason this is still a positive review is the manager, Anthony. Once he took over, it was a night-and-day difference. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, communicated constantly, and made sure my car was repaired correctly with the right OEM parts. He completely turned the situation around and provided 10/10 customer service. The car looks amazing, but I highly recommend asking for Anthony.
