  Josh made a repair that I could not see when he was done. Job was masterful and quick, and the technical service around it was also seamless.

  On May 12th, 2026, I had my driver side window installed by one of your technicians. Work order #03386-106644. Please know I am not one to complain. However, after getting my car window bashed, belongings stolen, and having to go through the hassles associated with not being able to drive my vehicle anywhere safety the past couple days… I had hoped the installation and repair I had paid for would be done well and professionally. The technician left glass in my car door which can be heard when I shut the door, plastic pieces of my door are loose (see attached video), glass was left in vehicle (see attached video), he also left a tool he was using in my vehicle (see attach photo), and the drivers side window installed now squeaks when opening and closing it.

  Very easy to work with. Extremely communicative with updates and rescheduling. Everyone I spoke with a safelight was incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

  Do yourself a favor and don’t take your car here. I was referred to them by GEICO and they completely screwed up my windshield, we’re unable to calibrate it, and caused $5000 additional damage that I had to pay out-of-pocket for Mercedes. On top of that, I have escalated and have been unable to get in touch with anyone for well over a month now. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
