  Mandatory to check in for everyone, no after hour returns and poor car selection, they also don’t respect included additional drivers like usual for other locarions.

  Au vu des messages, j'avais un peu d'appréhension concernant l'attente chez National Du coup, nous sommes passés une demi-heure avant notre horaire de 12h. Il y avait juste une personne au guichet elle était sur le point de finir. Dans la foulée, elle nous a enregistré à 11h30, 30 minutes en avance. Nous avons eu à faire à une personne charmante qui nous a bien expliqué les garanties du contrat. Nous n'avons rien eu à payer en supplément. Je ne parle pas anglais, c'est mon fils de dix-sept ans qui a géré. Nous sommes ensuite allés chercher le véhicule. Nous avons été surclassés ,au lieu d'avoir une Nissan rogue, nous avons eu une Ford Branco sport 4×4 flambant neuve. C'était le 5 Août 2026 et sans problème je recommande cette agence.😍

  After figuring out that the address matters for where you pick up your paperwork, our experience was excellent! All 3 people we talked with from pickup to return were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

  What a rediculous kind of customer service. No Emerald Ilse…Stuff told me to check in first downstairs, even with Emerald Status and Booking in the App. Waiting in line took hrs - if you can choose another location. One employee for Alamo, National and Enterprise - are u kidding me?
