We are centrally located off Third Street onto Stevenson Street, just past Mission Street and one block before Market Street.
The garage is a self-park 10 story structure and has convenient hours. With recently modernized elevators, new lighting and on-site security, it is a pleasant and safe place to park your vehicle while enjoying your visit to San Francisco.
Our car was broken into. In addition, we used spot hero to prepay parking. That didn’t work since the attendant was not around so we had to use the machines and ended up paying twice.

🚨 ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – DO NOT PARK HERE 🚨
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 if I could)
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My car, along with at least thirty other vehicles, was completely locked inside this garage overnight because they closed at midnight.
Their excuse? A tiny, practically invisible sign that patrons are somehow supposed to spot. There is absolutely NO clear signage at the entry arm where you actually pull in. If a garage closes and traps your property inside, that needs to be displayed in massive, bold letters right where you pay or enter, not hidden away.
To make matters worse:
Zero Emergency Contact Numbers: There was absolutely no way to reach anyone to get our vehicles out. We were completely stranded.
Massive Extra Expenses: Because my car was held hostage, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for a hotel room for the night and barely made my flight the next morning.
Honestly, with the sheer volume of people trapped in the exact same situation, this feels less like an oversight and more like a predatory money-making scheme to rack up overnight fees.
Avoid this garage at all costs unless you want to risk being stranded in San Francisco without your car. Hearst Parking needs to fix their signage at the entrance immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not park here . They close off at 11 pm. You have to come back tge next day to get your car. Never will I park here . They do this so that you are forced to pay the over night fees. May this business perish

Imagine needing your car in the middle of the night but it’s stuck in an impound lot - one you voluntarily paid for, yet there’s no security guard on duty at night. My car was actually targeted for break-ins four times in three nights there, whereas parking on the street outside a hotel would have been far safer 🗿.
(0 attempts to break-in and free) 🗿
(Maybe we need to send some commissar on this facility)

Yazıklar olsun. Şehrin göneğinde bir otopark. Ama aracımızın camını kırıp herşeyimizi almışlar. Otopark yetkilileri bizimle ingilenmedi. Kameralara dahi bakmadılar. Sıfır denetim. Kamera bile yok. Sakın kullanmayın.
