  I was able to charge at 48kW, very close to the stated 50kW for this charging station, Juliana.

  Please remove the chargers! Only 1 out of 4 works and charges at 18kW.

  Ridiculous, max 18kW and yet they charging $0.54/kWh + $0.99 session fee.

  Trash -- maxes at 17kW (only charged 7% in 20 minutes -- I'll be here for hours), stops charging after 60 minutes even though it says 120 minutes max, and to add insult to injury, called support, they said they could reset the machine but I'd need to pay the usage fee again 🤡

  These machines are trash. Most don’t work. Only one would take a credit card. I’m never getting an EV if EVgo trash is typical
