    Worked fine using EVgo app. As others mentioned, cell service is poor near the charger which is in the underground garage attached to the Lucky’s supermarket. I had to walk to the elevator entrance (~100ft) to use my phone to set up the charge. I got consistent 50kW as well as a coupon to use at Lucky’s.

    This charger is in a garage that cuts off cell service so it's impossible to get the charger connected/ initiated. I had to call EV go, but they take 5 minutes to answer the call. I had to call multiple times and spent 30 minutes trying to get it connected. Avoid if you can.

    Worked smoothly. Free parking. I wish there was Level-2 AC power as well. I used my EvGo Rfid card that’s attached to my account. Highly recommend for places like this with no cell connection or wifi. Ask Chargepoint for an rfid card too, it’a often been the only way to start at about 15% of the stations I visit. 100% Renewable Energy
