  Jude was amazing. He confirmed with me the day before by phone. And when I walked into the office he jumped up to help me and get me the best option for my needs. I had booked a truck too big so Jude got me the right size I needed and then added blankets and straps. He was clear about how to return if I arrived after 5pm after he was gone, which was necessary for my dropoff because I got back at 5:55pm. He was explicit about how much gas to refill. The truck was perfect and in excellent condition. Overall it was a seamless experience and Jude was friendly, professional, warm, thorough, and communicative!

  Customer service was outstanding. Jude was really helpful when I rented a ram 2500. My truck had died and I kept having to extend my reservation and make other changes. Jude and the rest of the staff at Enterprise San Francisco were really helpful.

  All of my experiences with the San Francisco Enterprise Truck Rental at 45 Charter Oak, have been beyond excellent! My rental agent, Jude Doyle was very helpful from the point where I called to confirm my reservation, at pickup, and when I returned my rental. His customer service was and is top tier. I will continue to go to SF Enterprise for all of my commercial truck rental needs. Thank you to Jude and the Enterprise crew!

  Called this location to get more information on booking a gooseneck-capable truck since the booking platform leaves some details out. Kage (I believe was his name) was incredibly kind, helpful, courteous and gave us some great tips. Jan-Mar has flexibility around one-way rentals, but most of the rest of the year you have to return the truck to the same location - or anywhere in the Bay plus an additional return fee. Best bet for towing gooseneck or fifth wheels would be a 1-ton truck (not the flatbed F550 on the website) and calling in after making your reservation to make sure that you get assigned to a truck that has the puck system already from the factory. All-in-all we will make sure to give our business to this location specifically and that's all thanks to Kage and the pleasant phone interactions we've had with them. Thanks again.
