Truly VIP service, everyone at the branch up to the branch manager helped us deal with a lot of complications and a medical emergency

Customer service was impeccable both at the time of pick up and drop off. I didn't get the truck I originally specified however enterprise made it right by waiving the daily towing fee and giving me the premier model which was very spacious and comfortable. Jude my drop off associate was very polite and professional and made my experience with enterprise exceptional. Much thanks to everyone at the Charter Oak Ave San Francisco location. I will definitely recommend enterprise to all my friends and family.

Booked a cargo van and they gave us a 20ft long box truck instead. It is entirely pointless reserving a vehicle with them because they overbook and know people are desperate so take advantage of them. I’m going with uhaul instead next time.

Excellent service and well maintained vehicles! Jude Doyle went above and beyond to facilitate an outstanding customer experience with my month long box truck rental. He made it right. I would highly recommend to friends and family to rent from Enterprise for thier vehicle rental needs! This is not a paid endorsement. This is my positive genuine experience with Enterprise.
