  Went to rent a car, called in advance about using a debit card, got confirmation I could directly from their staff as well as confirmed on the site. Got there and there were all these additional rules about where I lived (50 miles from branch location, ca license, etc). The rest of the car rental companies around the world accept debit cards normally. Enterprise needs to change its policies and better inform its staff before I waste money going there

  They close at 2 pm on sundays, and no after office hour returns when some of the other outlets in SF do? HUH?!

  Called a week in advance to reserve a car. 10-02-13. Call Enterprise on Turk st and Brandon answered phone. I ask to be picked up the day before. Brandon said he could not pick me up I was 3.1 miles away from him out of his radios. So he would have to transfer me to another location. He just told me the other Enterprise was on mission. No phone number or conformations number. Now I am doing the leg work to find this stuff to assure I still have a reservation!!! Customer service is NOT Brandon's strong point. This is poor service at best. Beware they may not pick you up even if advertised there is an imaginary line out there Enterprise on Turk street they can not cross. I also reported this to corp. I hope they care....
