    Went to rent a car, called in advance about using a debit card, got confirmation I could directly from their staff as well as confirmed on the site. Got there and there were all these additional rules about where I lived (50 miles from branch location, ca license, etc). The rest of the car rental companies around the world accept debit cards normally. Enterprise needs to change its policies and better inform its staff before I waste money going there

    One of the worst rental experience i've ever had in my whole life. 1. the employee (who was being claimed as someone very new) messed up with my car rental type (i reserved a premium elite, but he was trying to give me a standard) even after i explained multiple times 2. he used a wrong card for our security deposit and we had to call the bank wasted 15 minutes with the phone for no reason and they did not even apologize 3. as i was speaking to my friend about the wrong card was being used, the manager came off very rude and discriminated at me (as i am Asian and she is a white aggressive woman) saying 'we don't NEED to rent you a car - do you want a car or not?!' It was getting close to 6pm and we definitely needed a car to make it our other appointment. Eventually, we got the car and it was so dirty inside with coffee stain and dirty by the seats. I had been a valued customer for Enterprise across the US in the past 15 years and this is the very last time i am renting any type of car from them.
