  It was such a pleasant experience. Max went above and beyond to help us get a vehicle in a short notice, very flexible with times. Overall excellent service provided by the whole team.

  I have been in the hospital for a few days. My partner came in to pick up a car that I booked at this location and was told that she was being charged $300+ for an 8 hour rental to get me home. It showed me online that this was going to be $128 for a return in Redwood City. I called the location and spoke to Benjamin. I asked that we be able to modify the reservation to drop off tomorrow at the pick up location, priced at $97 on the site. He said the contract on the car is signed and he cant change it but will escalate it to upper management. I mentioned that we would only have this car for 8 hours, and I needed an answer before we dropped it off. He said he would "tell his managers but the rate will not change." After a few passive aggressive remarks on the back and forth, he hung up on me. Enterprise took a big step back in this experience. After spending days in the hospital, this is one heck of a way to get out.

  First time renting from the location near Union Square (233 Ellis St) in San Francisco. Two very friendly and helpful staff members assisted us with our reservation, including Ethan, who kindly loaned us a USB-A-to-USB-C cable so we could get our navigation system up and running. They also provided helpful information about tolls when crossing the Golden Gate Bridge—thank you!

  Ease of rental process & pick up. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. At the end of the rental I needed to make some changes (returned early) and Miranda at the Reno Enterprise in the Silver Legacy location was OUT STANDING! We had unusual needs and she knew many aspects and when she needed to she reached out to her supervisor and made our experience as good as it could be. While being professional and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I use Enterprise for my car rental needs. Jeanne

  Came in to rent a car as a walk-in and was helped by Ethan. The service was amazing. Highly recommend.
