  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The wait was extremely long, and the customer service was poor from start to finish. After spending all that time completing the paperwork and rental process, I was told the car still wasn’t ready. It makes no sense to have customers finish the entire check-in process only to wait even longer for a vehicle. The whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Better communication, improved customer service, and having vehicles actually ready when promised would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would think twice before renting from this location again

  They let me make a booking on the website and mailed me 5 hours later saying they had no cars. The email said they tried calling me but they never did. Were they hoping the email gets buried idk. Quite an unfortunate experience. No remediation or support was offered either. Hope things get better.

  Beware: their site will accept your reservation but they don't have card for you. Super frustrating! Planned a whole day with family in town, all based on having a car to drive them aroung, but was received with with a big line and after a long wait the person said they don't have cars available. Complete disrespect for customers. Iwill never go back.

  Been here several times. Staff have always been very cordial and professional. They gave me some leniency for returning just over my return time as well which I'm grateful for.

  They gave us a smelly car that’s difficult to drive and the key fob was out of battery. Did not provide us with the Toyota Corolla we booked. Would not recommend.
