  Best rental location in sf. Dmitri is a great manager, and runs the location well. All of the staff is friendly, professional, and care about their clients. Usually service is pretty quick as well. Book in advance!

  Had a really positive experience renting a car from the Union Square Enterprise on Ellis St! Nick was super professional, friendly, and helpful. The office itself isn’t glamorous and isn’t in the best part of town by any means, but the customer service was wonderful!

  Having rented from Alamo, Avis, and Budget across San Francisco in the past, I can confidently say Enterprise stands well above the rest. The service here is smoother, faster, and remarkably friendly from start to finish. A special thanks to Dmitry, who thoroughly walked me through the documents and explained their vehicle inspection process. Pickup took just 10 minutes, and with zero line on return, dropping off took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended for a seamless rental experience!

  Fantastic experience with Enterprise Union Square. I was really wary of driving into the city to pick up a big passenger van, but the location was very convenient with a place to park inside, and very easy access to the lobby. I dealt with Nicholas there and he was above and beyond. Highly recommend this location in the city because it is pretty close to the freeway exit/entrance without too much hassle on the roads, even with a 15-seater passenger van! And the price was better than anywhere else in a 50 mile radius. I will definitely consider this place for my next rental.
