  I used this service for the first time and was very impressed! I was given the perfect car for my needs, and the young man who helped me was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. He was also very efficient and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

  Excellent experience with Enterprise! The rental process was smooth, the car was clean and in great condition. A special thank you to Dmitry Gorozhankin, Assistant Branch Manager, who went above and beyond to help me. I arrived without a reservation, and he took the time to find a suitable vehicle, making the whole experience easy and stress-free.   Muy mala experiencia en la sucursal de unión square en San Francisco, no nos querían rentar una miniaban que habíamos apartado, y la razón era porque nos exigían que nos fuéramos del país en las siguientes 24 horas de regresar el vehículo, que era regla general de San Francisco y regla que les exigía el manager, exigimos ver en qué cláusula decía eso y claramente no encontraron nada, dos horas y media después aceptaron en rentarnos el vehículo pero en vez de la miniaban nos dieron un carro hashback que porque no tenían lista la miniaban, muy racista el trabajador que nos atendió! Pésima atención al cliente!!
