  I liked the ease of renting online as well as checking in prior to make the car pick up so quick! Also I had to call twice with questions about the rental return and was able to speak to a live representative right away and had my questions answered efficiently. The enterprise staff were very patient and friendly as we were in line waiting for rental and during the pick up process.

  Ke (Keana) is the best service employee I have ever come across. We called customer service to inform them we will be late to the pickup, and they left no notes and our reservation was marked as “no show” when we arrived. We had to make it to a wedding same day, and thank god for Ke. She found us a car and clearly relayed all the information we needed. Making a very stressful situation, very seamless. Ke needs to be a manager, she seems like she is running the whole place. I don’t think this location would be successful without her. Will be coming back to her whenever we need a rental next time.

  My reservation got canceled 2 times in a row same day last minute, because this fellas have system issues and the manager said " i can't call everyone on the phone". Big L

  Extremely rude employees! Walked in and received immediate attitude. When asking questions they replied with sarcasm. They also charge an extra $300 hold! If you want to rent from enterprise go to another one!!!

  Enterprise charged me for two days (and one hour) despite using their dropbox to return the vehicle within the same day I started renting. I have spent 3 separate calls to their office to get this resolved and it has not yet been corrected. They will try to scam you out of money, I urge you not to use this company.
