  The drop off at fishermans wharf was easy. The place needs better signage or an attendant downstairs to point to where to park your car. It is actually at the top of the building. The attendants were kind.

  The vehicle itself, pickup process and all was fine. What was not fine was the incorrect billing applied after my drop off. When I picked up the vehicle, it was at around 7/8 full of gas. I returned it near that amount, maybe slightly (and by slightly I mean a half gallon) off and I was charged for 5 gallons at nearly $10/gallon. The tank is a 12 gallon tank, so this implies I returned it under halfway which was not the case. I unfortunately did not think to take photos and have never had issues with Enterprise in the past. I called yesterday and received a claim number and was told the local branch would call me. I called back today after receiving no update and the person on the phone said there was no record of my call or my complaint. So I feel quite frustrated by this entire situation. Still no resolution but feels extremely shady to me.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We came in yesterday and were told there were no cars available and likely wouldn’t be any for the rest of the day. The employee suggested we check in online and make a reservation for the next day, so we did. We returned today for our 10:00 AM reservation, only to be told again that there were no cars available and the wait could be up to two hours. We decided to be patient, grabbed coffee, and came back at 12:00 PM — and still no cars. Somehow we were now fourth on the waitlist despite having a confirmed reservation at 10:00 AM. At that point, we canceled because there was no point wasting any more of our day waiting around with no real answers or timeline. A reservation should actually mean something. Instead, we lost half a day that could have been spent doing literally anything else. Poor communication, poor inventory management, and a complete waste of customers’ time. I would strongly recommend calling ahead and getting actual confirmation before relying on a reservation here.

  Waited 45 min to an hour in line just to be told there was no car! Terrible service. Felt like I was at DMV or immigration office.

  This was the easiest car rental I have ever had. Everyone knew what they were doing and did it well
