- JGJohn GodlewskiOct 3, 20265.0The most seamless car rental experience I've had in years. The cars are ready and the staff is fantastic

- LRLinda RobertshawAug 6, 20263.0Great location. Decent selection of cars. I've been renting here for many years, As of Aug 2026, customer service has declined. A few staff are quite nice, but one particular male staff person [dark hair and brown eyes] has been consistently condescending and impatient when answering basic questions. Bad attitude, treats you as if you are stupid, adds unnecessary commentary, rude, and inaccurate. He never smiles, and glares when irritated. IE: When nice staff person indicated pick up time would be adjusted to when I was actually handed the keys, this guy lied and said I was "messing and adjusting the car for 20 minutes" ... I am aware this is stressful job and a busy location, but perhaps more staff are needed, so that this staff person can take a moment to breath, instead of obviously fuming and resenting any time spent helping a customer.

- PTPriscilla ThornerJul 15, 20265.0Renting a car can be stressful but I had a solid experience at Enterprise in San Francisco. Nice choice of automobiles, friendly staff, quick and easy check out and return of the vehicle plus a drop off after the rental. This was a good experience all around and was very competitively priced. Will rent again. Shout out to Ava for answering all my questions and giving me her card, if I had any further questions. Excellent customer service.
