  Great location. Decent selection of cars. I've been renting here for many years, As of Aug 2026, customer service has declined. A few staff are quite nice, but one particular male staff person [dark hair and brown eyes] has been consistently condescending and impatient when answering basic questions. Bad attitude, treats you as if you are stupid, adds unnecessary commentary, rude, and inaccurate. He never smiles, and glares when irritated. IE: When nice staff person indicated pick up time would be adjusted to when I was actually handed the keys, this guy lied and said I was "messing and adjusting the car for 20 minutes" ... I am aware this is stressful job and a busy location, but perhaps more staff are needed, so that this staff person can take a moment to breath, instead of obviously fuming and resenting any time spent helping a customer.

  Renting a car can be stressful but I had a solid experience at Enterprise in San Francisco. Nice choice of automobiles, friendly staff, quick and easy check out and return of the vehicle plus a drop off after the rental. This was a good experience all around and was very competitively priced. Will rent again. Shout out to Ava for answering all my questions and giving me her card, if I had any further questions. Excellent customer service.

  Save yourself time and money and don’t rent from this branch or Enterprise entirely. They continuously charged me for unexplained fee for months after the rental ended. Some of them were fees they told me they would cover at the time of rental agreement. Some of them were just mistakes on their own. Had to go back and forth hundreds time to sort out the issue. The branch tells me to call the corporate customer service then the corporate tells me to call the branch. Each employee saying different things. Because they simply decided to charge me with unexpected fees then send it right over the debt collection my credit score was affected. And my near 800 credit score has never been hurt before this. Incompetent and money stealing. Almost all rental agencies are horrible but this one is just insufferable.
