  Don’t rent from enterprise in SF! Reserved the car and checked in online just to find out the morning of the rental that they are overbooked and have to cancel my reservation. Zero accountability to try to make it up. Never using their services again. Jeremy was not at all helpful nor did he do anything to ease the inconvenience.

  I had an appointment today through my GEICO for a rental car, when I show up the manager is the one behind the desk, he is unhelpful at best, and he tells me he has no reservation in my name, and he is not aware of any collaboration with GEICO. I contacted my insurance again who confirmed that the reservation was in fact in place, and I was at the right location, the manager refuse to speak on the phone with the insurance company. GEICO put me in contact with another Enterprise location (1600 Mission St), they confirmed that my appointment was in place and ask if they could speak with the manager, but he refused again. I ended up rescheduling with the new location and everything worked out. I recommend you go to any other enterprise location.
