  I had a good experience here. Initially had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for the car when picking up, but I wasn’t in a rush and they gave me a 25% discount. I found the employees to be very nice and the car was perfectly clean with a full tank when I got it.

  Location is highly understaffed. One person working 15 customers waiting. Reservations don't reflect inventory, several customers reserved vehicle types that were not available. Vehicles not cleaned or ready, several calls for reservations confirmed online where calls out had to be made that no vehicles were available. I would recommend reserving elsewhere. Arrived 9:11 with reservation and online check in complete, no vehicle until 10:25

  I had a confirmed reservation for July 28th, made well in advance for a family trip to San Francisco. The day before pickup, this location called to tell me they had no vehicles available. Not a delay, not a downgrade, just no car at all, with less than 24 hours to find an alternative. A confirmed reservation is supposed to mean something. If a location cannot honor bookings, it should not accept them. The last minute cancellation left us scrambling and disrupted plans we had built around having that vehicle. No real solution was offered, just a canceled booking. If your travel plans actually depend on having a car, I would not trust this location with a reservation. Book somewhere that will hold up their end.

  This place is amazing! Only had positive reviews. Today I went to drop-off the rental car and I was 30 min late past closing. The wonderful gal waited and didn't charge extra. There was bad traffic / construction. Regardless, I should have come sooner. Thank you!

  Worst disgrace of a customer service experience. There was so many ways to go about the fact that no enterprise has vehicles available at all so there’s no point in waiting in line for two hours or spending $40 to get to the location Do not rent from this location or enterprise for that matter
