  I received friendly and attentive service at this neighborhood location. Destin and Quiana cheerfully answered my many questions and even executed a lightning-fast vehicle exchange to ensure that our insurance rental needs were fully met. The simultaneously efficient and personal experience left me with strong positive impressions of this location and of Enterprise. This site also rents trucks, which is the door on the right, though I was greeted in the parking lot.

  I've rented from this location off and on for years - whenever my car has been in for repairs - and I've always had a good experience. I rented from them last week and everyone there was friendly, available (every time I called someone picked up the phone) and flexible (they drove me home twice since I left my home keys behind and we had to return to get them.) I even got to rent the car I had called about because the manager remembered my call and kept a lookout for the car I was hoping to try out. The manager even called to check in with me to see if I needed to adjust my pick up time, and he was agreeable when I told him I needed to. Finally, aside from the people, the location is great for anyone who doesn't want to deal with downtown or SFO traffic. It's right off of 101 and 280, so it's easy to get to.
