- JJJonathanMar 31, 20262.0Had my car glass broken twice on two seperate occasions. One rear window, one front driver window. Both times they were prompt in having appointment time for me and also for having the replacement parts on hand. The only drawbacks were they are expensive, and when they replaced my rear wi dow they had to solder the connection between the glass and the read defroster wiring. The first time they soldered the window, upon opening it the wiring disconnected because of the weak solder. I brought it to their attention and they claimed it won't stay connected. I asked them to redo the solder and they did, but I had the same result. The soldering didn't hold, and now my rear windshield defroster is rendered inoperable.

The gentleman who runs this business and his team are top notch: so kind, want to help their customers, and will truly go above and beyond to solve the issue at hand. I had an urgent issue and called to bring in the car. I came in the same day, they explained to me what the root issue was, and they fixed the car in two hours. I couldn't recommend this business more highly.
