  This place does not have good customer service and they have every excuse of why you can't rent a big vihicle with a debit only credit!!

  The associate who assisted me was polite, friendly and very informative. She was professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle was also in great condition and not rundown like other places.

  Reserved a vehicle through my insurance provider at this location since it is very close to my residence and I’ve rented here before. The whole overall process went very smooth and didn’t have to wait long to get helped. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and told it will only take a couple mins before a member helped me. PAULINA CARRILLO was great, she got to me within mins and went through my reservation. There was another gentleman that helped me as well but I can’t recall his name. Once I provided the deposit I was then walked to the vehicle that was reserved. Paulina walked me to the vehicle and did a fantastic job walking me through inspection and the terms/conditions of what I needed to sign. She was very informative and very thorough overall. Great customer service and very friendly, had a smile on all the time and that made the whole interaction great. I will most definitely be going to this location for any future insurance or personal related rentals.
