Went to pickup tha car but was denied because I had lost the DL (showed them uploaded DMV receipt and temp DL) I had a Real-ID that has the same picture, the same address ect,ect. So wasted all that time, energy and effort especially on a HOT day. Had to take Uber back and just a frustrating experience altogether. So thanks San Fernando enterprise Not-rent-a-car...thanks for nothing. I don't recommend.

- SHSallina HaroJul 25, 20261.0Unfortunately my family and I will no longer be using this location to rent vehicles. We have been loyal customers for 20+ years and today they have lost our trust. Yesterday, around 3pm we returned the vehicle we rented but accidentally left a food sealer machine and two camping chairs in the compartment of the vehicle where the tire would go. We called the next morning, today, when they opened to get the items back. I talked to an associate who said they would check and that they would give me a call back. Two hours go by and no call back. We decided to call again and was met with excuses after excuses on how they lost our items. We know those items were in the compartment so obviously one of their employees stole it. So if you do choose to rent from this poorly ran establishment than please make sure to remove all items. To the person who stole our items may you receive all the bad karma you deserve.
