  I was driving home from church when the oil light came on. My car tends to burn oil. Being the weekend my mechanic was not available. I called Autozone and was told they could help me. Jose at the store checked my oil and added two quarts. He was very professional and helpful. Thanks!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this morning, along with multiple bad experiences, I feel like I have to say something about a manager named Ada. Every time I call or come in, there’s a clear lack of professionalism. You can hear her in the background speaking to employees in a rude, dismissive tone, which sets a really uncomfortable atmosphere. In person, she comes off impatient and uninterested, like helping customers is a burden. There’s also zero accountability. I was told I’d get a callback from her regarding an issue, and it never happened. When I followed up, I was brushed off again. It feels disorganized and poorly managed when she’s involved. What’s frustrating is that the rest of the staff is actually helpful and respectful, so it’s obvious the issue is with her management style. A manager should create a better environment, not make it worse, or uncomfortable.
