  This shop mislead my husband and I and charged us $165 for diagnostic work they should have covered. We took our car in after the check engine light went on and the error code P0303 indicated a misfire in the 3rd cylinder. We showed them the P0303 Veriscan error code print-off when we arrived for the diagnostic. After their diagnostic, the shop told us to replace the spark plugs and we paid $833 for the diagnostic and replaced spark plugs. A 6 weeks later, the check engine light came on with the same exact error code P0303. We took it back to the shop, and they found a coolant leak in the 3rd cylinder that they had missed during the first diagnostic. They made us pay for another diagnostic, despite the fact that the same exact error code came up. They should have found the leak the first time rather than telling us to replace the spark plugs. Now we spent $1000 with them and could have used that money towards the repair our car actually needed. Other customers should be aware that this shop is not thorough and that they won't take responsibility for their diagnostic work.

  I had the pleasure today of being assisted by the new manager here, Dylan. Having brought my car in for a Warranty claim, my first concern was that they would try to charge me for un-needed services or deny my warranty claim. I'm extremely grateful and happy to report that did not happen. They honored the warranty, and the car will be ready for pick up requiring I pay them no additional money. Thank you Dylan for being not only honest, but communicating me with very professionally.

  I recently had my car serviced by West Miramar Automotive & Transmission. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I dropped my car off with Dylan I knew I was in good hands. He was very courteous and professional. I was then given a ride by Joshua their driver. He was a superb driver and I felt safe my entire ride. Dylan sent me a link to what was done and what needed to be done. He walked me through exactly what needed attention, explained what was essential vs. optional, and gave me a realistic cost and timeframe for the work. The mechanics were clearly experts, everything they did was precise. They used quality parts and their tools looked up‑to‑date. I felt the pricing was fair, transparent, and what they quoted is what I paid. Dylan was fast and efficient when I checked out. I highly recommend West Miramar Automotive & Transmission to anyone who wants honest, professional, and fully‑reliable service. Thank you all for doing an excellent job.
