  I recently visited the Valvoline location on Euclid Ave for routine service, and I want to recognize the outstanding professionalism demonstrated by Oscar and Anna. From the moment I arrived, they provided clear communication, efficient service, and a welcoming attitude that made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. Oscar showed excellent technical knowledge, explaining each step of the service with confidence and transparency. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the visit. Anna delivered exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring all my questions were answered. Her ability to coordinate the workflow and keep everything running efficiently reflects strong teamwork and dedication. Together, Oscar and Anna represent the high standards Valvoline is known for. Their professionalism, courtesy, and reliability make them a great team, and I appreciate the excellent service they provided at the Euclid Ave location.

  The whole team was awesome, I came in for an oil change on a busy day and expected it to take a long time. Even when there were cars up ahead they quickly started servicing my car while waiting, explaining my options and checking the filters/fluids.main tech was Joseph and the assistant manager CJ was super friendly and processed the payments.

  This was my first time here and my experience at this place was pleasant and very quick. They were able to assist me with all my car needs and went out of their way to get other parts, as well as informing me of all of their services. Witsy, Brian, and CJ were very welcoming, helpful l, informative, and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

  If you're not going to Valvoline than what u doing? Huh!!!! I received phenomenal customer service & education awareness about air filters should be replace etc from Anna I really appreciated it cause I had no clue! She displayed professionalism and delightness! The techs Raymond and Luis were very attentive to detail in my service. Oscar also was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Great team job well done! I'm super HAPPY! until the next time THANKS AGAIN
