  Excellent location! Every single employee was amazing. Explained everything that was happening with my car , such as oil, windshield wipers and my filter. Made sure the air in my tires were good and topped off my fluids, their manager CJ is very knowledgeable and kind. Raymond was great and whatever question I asked he was ready with a detailed explanation making it easy for me to understand as I am someone with no knowledge of cars. Israel also did an exceptional job with changing my oil was quick and efficient. I appreciate this location and will return.

  Anna, Oscar, Christian, and Sam. All worked on my car today. I was especially impressed with the speed of the service as well as the customer service provided to me by Anna. I wanted to leave a review because I’ve been to valvoline many times at other locations but this one especially was different than other times I went.

  Very helpful, communicative, & polite staff. Sam personally helped me learn about their discounts and saved me a decent amount. This is my go to location, they always provide quick & thorough services & keep me informed about everything regarding my car. I recommend this location to everyone I know

  Luis, Christian, and Rashad provided excellent and quick service. While Rashad And Christian were working on the oil change Luis was effectively communicating with his team while informing me of the different services available and soon required, and how valued their prices were In comparison with other shops. Rather than pushing for the services, Luis provided suggested times and mileage of Wendy’s services are recommended to be applied and I greatly appreciated that. I highly recommend visiting this location for your car service needs!

  I have nothing but good things to say about every experience I’ve had at this Valvoline. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! About two weeks ago, I came in for an oil change before taking my car on a trip. It turned out that I was a little early for a full oil change, and instead of having me pay for something I didn’t need, CJ, Bryan, and Israel took the time to make sure both my oil and transmission fluid levels were good before my trip. They also recommended a few things I should take care of once I got back. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to look out for me rather than just trying to make a sale. Today, I came back to take care of my transmission and a couple of the other things they had recommended, and I was helped by Sam, Joseph, Huitzy, and Cristian. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They explained everything to me throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was being done and why. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire team. I will not be going anywhere else for an oil change or any other service that I know the Euclid Valvoline can take care of for me. Thank you to everyone for making what could easily be a stressful experience feel so easy, comfortable, and positive. I genuinely appreciate all of you!
