- KRKurt Rtoday5.0I’ve been going to this place for well over 10 years. Everyone has always been punctual and polite. Today was no exception, Donovan and Joshua took my 02 Buick Century under their care and did an oil change on it. Cassandra came over and checked on me throughout. Shout-out the whole team at the Lake Murray Shop. Thank you for your support!
- ENerika nicdao2 days ago5.0Had a great experience at Valvoline! Cassandra (the manager) assisted me today and was very great and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They made my oil change quick and hassle-free while providing excellent customer service. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive cassandra and the team was throughout the process. It’s refreshing to receive such great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
- SSSD6 days ago5.0Awesome service here at Valvoline! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Cassandra was very kind and understanding when my payment took longer than usual to arrive. I felt embarrassed and frustrated, but she welcomed me to wait in the office and take as much time as I needed. It finally came through about an hour later, and her kindness made the wait so much more comfortable. The oil change went smoothly, and everything I requested was checked. I feel safer getting back on the road for my full-time delivery and rideshare work. I definitely recommend this location and will be coming back. Thank you, Cassandra and the team!
- LCLasker CruzOct 2, 20265.0Julio and Jerrick did my oil change and tire rotation today for my nissan altima. It was quick and easy no hassle, no appointment. Just show up and get it done. They reviewed the systems and reset the mileage. Only thing i can say was its hot since i sat in the car for the entire process with engine off as required but cant change the weather so thats not on them.
- MTMayra L TaylorSep 30, 20265.0I showed up a little after 6pm and I thought I wouldn't get in before 7pm. Luckily the Valvoline team managed by Cassandra serviced my Jeep, changed the oil and added some recommendations with certain filters that need to be replaced. Explained everything thoroughly and wasn't pushy about upselling the services. I was very happy with the overall service and the professionalism with customer care. I will definitely be back for other services that Cassandra recommended for the Jeep maintenance. Thank you, Cassandra & your Team.
