  I got referred to this team and went in today and they were absolutely on their game. Alexander was great and the lead technician was Michael. But they both went above and beyond and I was in and out in about 20 min and never had to get out of the car (which I think we all appreciate). I already referred this establishment to a few friends now. But overall, thank you!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline! The service was fast, professional, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Cassandra, Nino, and Jose all went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained clearly. They worked together as a great team and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days, and I really appreciate their professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

  This was my first time getting my oil changed here and i will never go anywhere else again. fantastic service and as a woman i loved that there were women working on the car. Ebony and Cassandra were extremely polite, very informative, and super professional. Thank you for making this a stress free experience even with a toddler in the car!

  The Valvoline oil changing station that is located on Navajo Rd in the San Carlos area is the best. The service here was quick, efficient and professional. The worker there are pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly people. I bought my car to get a service and oil and I was meet will nothing be friendly and professional employees. There were employees who worked on my car. All three ( Cassandra, Alexas & Ryan) they were polite, respectful, and quick.They did a great job on my car by making sure the oil changed was correct and the other service was good and safe. This will be my number one oil change station from now on.

  Brought my mazda cx-5 for the first oil change since I bought my vehicle and could not be more unsatisfied. Left with my whole vehicle covered in oily hand prints everywhere from the door handle to under the hood and engine bay complete disrespect for my vehicle. To top it off I had to come home disconnect the battery to reset the car because my home screen was went black from whatever they did. I will never give them my business again.
