  The team was super great and helpful. Ryan was knowledgeable and explained everything. Luis was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be back!

  I went here and a few days later my engine started making a metal knocking noise, and flashing the oil pressure light. A week later, my car completely died. Before this oil change it was running fine. Previously I had been using 5W30 restorative high mileage oils, supplying my own Valvoline brand to them, but this time I mentioned it to the technician and he still recommended 5W20. This car had over 100,000 miles. I took the car to another shop and they found silver flakes and dirty oil. They said it looked like "it hadn't been changed." I started a claim with Valvoline and went back. All I asked for was a replacement oil change to see if the problem would replicate. They said no. I was "welcome to pay for another change." Days later I got a call. They had investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing. I am left wondering if that weaker 5w20 just was not strong enough for my old hyundai to maintain the oil pressure. Valvoline basically said goodbye and was not helpful or concerned at all. So my car that I've had for over 10 years died on the way to work. The car that was running fine with no engine noise before this oil change died. The engine noise was from improper lubrication. Initially on the phone the customer service agent mentioned a site to look at the engine, but no one ever offered a real inspection. Just some guys in the back reviewing their CCTV. Shame on this site. Go anywhere else.

  I won’t go back. They push to upsell me on services I don’t need when all I wanted was an oil change. Told me I had no oil in my car when I did an oil change about 3 months ago. They are also unprofessional and joking around with each other instead of focusing on doing their job correctly. I felt the need to make sure they didn’t miss anything.
