  Luis was amazing! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. He completed my service in just 11 minutes while still going above and beyond to check everything thoroughly. I also really appreciated that he is bilingual. Spanish is my first language, so being able to communicate with him in Spanish made me feel very comfortable. Valvoline is lucky to have such a great employee!

  The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable! They showed me my air filter and I think it’s called cabin filter and I hadn’t changed it in a while so I went ahead and did it. The young lady Ashley was very friendly and kind. The manager was very on top of it and make sure his staff was kind and friendly. I definitely will be back

  Came in for an oil change customer service amazing. Ayshia was such a great help and very knowledgeable able to answer my questions with no problem 😊 She also went over all the recommendations with me explaining them. The manager Christian also came over to make sure everything was good and to let me know they were getting ready to replace my windshield wipers. Good experience thank you.

  Ayshia, the assistant manger, is a super competent and professional leader at her location. She’s been observed going above and beyond her normal duties and has great customer service! I pulled up once and saw her administering CPR to a dying street cat once. Needless to say I left as a happy satisfied customer and with a firm restorative feeling in human kindness.

  I came to the Valvoline in Mira Mesa for an oil change, and Koda, Bryan, and Miguel did an excellent job taking care of my car. The entire service felt like it took less than 15 minutes. they were quick, efficient, and on top of everything. Probably the fastest and smoothest oil change experience I’ve ever had. Great customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Mira Mesa location and highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
