Super friendly and gave me all services necessary without trying to hassle me into buying stuff that my car didn’t need at the time. First time here and won’t be the last!! I think was her name, started with a K. She was awesome and friendly and really good. As a woman I really liked seeing women working there. Great experience. I’ll be back. I was at the location in San Diego 92109. This was my fleet vehicle but I will be bringing my personal vehicle too.

They had me in/out in less than 30 mins - oil change, tire rotation and all their standard checks & balances. They explained all their suggestions - but not at all pushy or judgy if I passed on the suggestion or service. They were quick but thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks team, I’ll be back!

What stood out the most was how much they communicated with each other—there was a lot of cross-checking throughout the process, which made me feel confident that everything was being done thoroughly and correctly. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush through things just to get cars in and out. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service. Staff was 10/10 great people !!!
