He walked me through the whole process of servicing my vehicle, thoroughly explaining each system and service on my mid-size high end sports car Fiesta as if he was Henry Ford himself! From his kind eyes to his welcoming smile, ive never left an establishment with so much gratification and satisfaction as i did today. Thank you Mitchell for making me love myself again. - JMJohn MarkowiczMay 4, 20261.0Don't take your car here for tire rotation. In swapping tires, they over torqued the lugs, snapped a stud and damaged other lug nuts. Had to take it to another repair shop to have the stud replaced. Other shop found more damage to the lugs. Valvoline paid for it but complete waste of time and loss of my vehicle.
