  Charles gave us a very well detailed explanation of what our car needed. We were able to get our oil changed efficiently and our coolant topped off made our day because now we can survive the heatwave. Thank you to Charles and his outstanding team of technicians:) We highly recommend this Vavoline location to all of San Diego.

  I have to say that car maintenance and pleasurable experience are not two phrases that typically go hand-in-hand. This time was the exception. They were friendly, quick, thorough and did not try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Will be back. Michael was my service tech but it seemed like it was a team effort with everyone.
