The service was quick and friendly but there are a couple things I wish had been better. They recommended an air filter change but didn’t have the right filter on hand. They asked about tire pressure never put any air in (checked when I got home and was low on two tires. I asked about rotating the tires, and they said they couldn’t because I have removable fenders covering my rear wheels - this was probably the right call on their part. I got home and rotated them myself and it was a hassle because of some past body damage. When I got home I realized that the hood had not been closed/latched properly - it was half locked. I wish the price were a little lower for the oil change - $125 for 2.6l of synthetic, but the convenience of having it changed quickly made up for the price difference of putting off doing it myself.

Liz was a great help, they explained everything thoroughly and made me understand what was going on with my car. Everyone was also quick and experienced with servicing my car in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place for an oil change and the other services they have to offer!

This is the only location I come to, and have been coming here for a few years. The service is always amazing, staff is super friendly, and they never try to pressure you for anything you don’t need. Shout out to Liz for the excellent service I received this last time! If you need an oil change this is the place to go!

Double check tires before you let drivers go. Went in for an oil change and had my tire pressure checked. Five minutes after leaving, my low tire pressure sensor went off so I went back and they said all the tires have the correct amount of air and to just override the sensor. My tire didn’t sound right still and you can visibly see that one of my tires was less inflated. Then I went to Discount Tires and they told me I had a flat from driving on the tire with low pressure. All happened after valvoline touched my tire pressure and now I have to spend money on a new tire after spending money on an oil change. Just double check that the caps of tires are on tightly when you’re done.

I had a wonderful experience getting a quick oil change at this location with Alonzo and his team! They were extremely professional and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Alonzo was extremely transparent and helpful throughout the entirety of the service, and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back for my next oil change and for any other services in the future!
