Been driving smoothly for 2 years with no issues then when I got my tires rotated here, I started feeling vibration on my steering when driving at 55 mph or more. It looks like they did not torque the lug nuts properly in a star-shape pattern or may have dropped a tire weight or centering O-ring during rotation handling. They also do not provide tire balancing as part of the tire rotation service so the tire rotation service is effectively incomplete. Oil change and other services that do not require precision equipment are great to have done here but I do not recommend having your tire rotation done here. Get tire rotation service done where you normally get your tires replaced to get it done right with tire balancing at no additional cost. Anyways, fortunately, I was able to just drive it back here 3 days later early in the morning when there was no waiting and they re-checked and tightened the lug nuts again with the torque wrench and checked and adjusted the tire pressure on all tires to 32 psi all at no additional charge but I decided to give them boys a $20 cash tip to get themselves some breakfast since it was still early in the morning and they saved me a lot of time and hassle by getting it done quick in less than 30 minutes in-and-out of the shop with no wait, just in time for work, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. If one of your light bulbs go out, just drive in here like a NASCAR pit stop and they'll fix it quick too with their own replacement parts in stock so you don't have to go shop around for the correct bulb at some auto parts store nor wait in long lines of people at the dealership.

Wow, speedy service & great customer service! I came here for an oil change but will come back for other services (tire rotation, fluid flush etc.). They did a diagnostic and told me what looked good (battery, lights, wipers) & what needed to be replaced they pulled put two air filters that were VERY dirty. Gabe talked me through everything while two guys work in the car-I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Manager tried to sell me things I didnt need, and lied to me about the difference between synthetic and nonsynthetic oils and even pushed me to do a review afterwards. Pretty bold to try and scam me and then right a review about it
