  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location for multiple oil changes, and they continue to provide a great experience every time. What I love most is how quick and convenient the service is. They recommend additional services when appropriate, but I never feel pressured or guilted into saying yes if I decline. I really appreciate that. Gabe took great care of my car and made the whole experience easy and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and honest, and made me feel like I could trust his recommendations. It’s because of experiences like this that I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  Great service here! Friendly, efficient, communicative, and you get to stay in your car. Victor and Ashely were awesome. They are sometimes busy, and if there is a line I typically will come back at a later time so I don’t have to wait.

  This was a busy location! I don’t usually do oil changes on a Saturday, but the wait time wasn’t too bad. I definitely felt like they took care of me despite being busy. They had a good rhythm, so while waiting, they took care of other tasks, making the process smooth. The manager even stopped by to make sure I was good. I mentioned how in my normal Valvoline location, my kick plate or whatever it’s called sometimes ends up dragging because they don’t bolt it up properly, and the lady who was ringing me up told me it wouldn’t happen here, and it didn’t! Very happy and I would definitely come back to this location!

  On Saturday, June 13, 2026, I had my oil changed and air filter replaced at this location. Dariana, Enrique and Carlos were professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable answering my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. They performed each task diligently. They are amazing representatives of Valvoline. While I always get an oil change at Valvoline, this was my first time at this location 6417 Mission Gorge Road. From this day forward, it’s the only location I’ll let change my auto Oil. I’m so glad I came because I received Gold Standard service. The next time you need your vehicle oil changed, take it to Dariana, Enrique and Carlos at 6417 Mission Gorge Road. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you all for AMAZING SERVICE 🙏

  5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had at Valvoline - Mission Gorge. My oil change was completed in about 15 minutes, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing, professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made me feel welcome and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They didn’t make me feel rushed or hurried, it was just right. The quality of the work was excellent. They checked and adjusted the tire pressure in all of my tires and even topped off my coolant. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and attentive to detail, but this crew exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Valvoline location and will definitely be returning for future service.
