  Miguel W. was very professional , kind and attentive. He immediately greeted me with a smile , asked how my day is and if I was there for an oil change. Also let me know the wait time. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire service . I left feeling very confident and knowing that my car was in good hands. Thank you Valvoline , you need to give him a raise ! I definitely will be back again

  Amazing service from start to finish. I came in for an oil change, and while servicing my vehicle, they noticed a crack/leak around my gasket that had previously been repaired by a dealership but was not done correctly. I honestly can’t thank the team enough for catching it. They went above and beyond what I came in for and potentially saved me from a much bigger and more expensive problem down the road. Professional, thorough, and clearly paying attention to the details. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and after this experience, they’ve definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!

  Gabriel and Geo delivered excellent service. I was able to input data regarding my recent engine replacement and transmission service elsewhere to include in their future service recommendations to remain up-to-date on my vehicle record with Valvoline Inst Oil Chg. Power Steering service gave me more confidence in my vehicle handling performance after I drove away smoother. Thanks!!

  Oil change took a little longer than usual. They also had a lot additional recommendations but I passed bc the techs didn’t seem knowledgeable. When I drove off, I realized they left the gas cap off. Had to take the afternoon off to check if they messed up anything else. I got sold on Valvoline for convenience and speed, but I lost the afternoon anyway bc of an obvious mistake that lost my trust in their competence.

  Gabe at Valvoline absolutely crushed it. Five stars across the board: service, professionalism, attitude, communication, speed, all of it. Gabe was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and somehow managed to make getting my car serviced feel less like an errand and more like I had my life together for a few minutes. 😎 He explained everything clearly, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and kept the whole experience smooth from start to finish. No awkward upsell rodeo, no disappearing act, just excellent service and a genuinely good attitude. If Valvoline has an Employee Draft, Gabe is going first round. Give this man the good parking spot, the fancy clipboard, and whatever trophy exists for making oil changes remarkably painless. 10/10. Would trust Gabe with the mechanical well-being of my questionable financial decisions again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
