  Sometimes can be pretty busy but overall a great service. I’ve gone here 3 or 4 times and each time the whole crew has been incredibly kind and professional. I’ve never felt like I’m being scammed and pressured to add on services that weren’t necessary, many times they’ve told me certain things looked good as is and didn’t need to be changed like the air filter or coolant levels.

  Survey Comment: High pressure sales has gotten to be too much. I know you want to make money, but you have lost a longtime customer. You need to tell customers how long different services you up sell will take. A routine oil change turned into an hour causing me to be late to pick up my daughter from school. You should only offer services that you can perform in the amount of time it takes to do the oil change. You have gotten too greedy and too high pressure.

  I had my oil changed at Valvoline about 3-4 weeks ago. It went smoothly, no issues whatsoever so ever. I discovered a small oil leak this morning. I called right away and was told to bring it back to see what’s going on. I went back and the manager, Anthony, took care of me personally. He took the time to look at my car and found out that my oil plug was the issue. Valvoline vacuums the oil out and doesn’t touch the plug…but instead of sending me away he told me to go buy a new oil plug and come right back so they can install it free of charge. And I did just that. He made sure the plug was in place properly, filled my oil back up, and make sure there wasn’t any other issues. He really made the experience fantastic and I would recommend him and this location to anyone. Thanks again Anthony!!!!!

  Just got done with an oil change at this location. Everything went smooth with Mario but Tan could not keep his mouth closed. He kept telling Mario who was working on my car that “I’m watching him like a hawk” and that I’ve probably “filled the oil wrong myself before”. Felt racially discriminated against. I felt very insulted and irritated and don’t see myself coming back to Valvoline because of this horrible interaction. Really hope he gets some kind of disciple from upper management. Just absolutely ridiculous!

He took the time to explain exactly what would be done, answered all my questions about filter options, and even pointed out a couple of minor maintenance items I should watch for in the future—without any upselling pressure. Ari’s attention to detail was outstanding. He performed the oil change quickly yet thoroughly, ensuring every step met the highest standards. The new cabin air filter has already made a noticeable difference: the air inside feels cleaner and fresher, and the AC blows stronger than it has in months. My car feels revitalized! What truly sets Ari apart is his customer-first attitude—he treated me like a neighbor rather than just another ticket.
