- OMOlivia Mishler3 days ago5.0Valvoline may not be the cheapest service around but man they make it worth it. Fast, reliable and the staff is super friendly. - LMLaura Montes6 days ago5.0Really great, quick service here, always a pleasure dealing with anyone at this location. I was out in under 15 minutes. Tucker, the assistant manager, was the main guy helping me today along with a couple of other techs, great service all around. Will definitely be back!
- NMNikki MendezOct 5, 20265.0I had such a great experience with Thomas and Jun today! They were both absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, kind, attentive, and really took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Even in this extreme heat wave in San Diego! I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into providing such great service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling extremely happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend Thomas and Jun to anyone. Thank you both so much for making my experience such a great one! You guys were amazing!
- JLJinna LeOct 1, 20265.0Manager Tom used to be at the Rancho Bernardo location is now at the Carmel Mountain location. I am always fortunate to always coincidentally get him every time I get my oil changed. Very courteous very good.” manners” Asking if every time he can reach in the car to check something. He doesn’t make me feel guilty for not buying any of the additional services or recommended services. Not a pushy salesman, but he is one. I would always return to out of respect and excellent service every time.
- NPnick powandaSep 26, 20265.0When I first pulled up, all the bays were full, and I just chose one at random. One of the techs came out and waved me to a bay that was just finishing up which was greatly appreciated. Once in the bay, service was quick, and didn't try and force any upsells on me, which is always nice to hear. Afterwards the manager came out and did some last minute checks and sent me on my way all under 15 minutes. I will definitely coming back this way for an oil change
