  I’ve been using Valvoline for over 20 years. I had a problem with my battery that I bought at Valvoline about 2 1/2 years ago for my Mercedes, so I called Valvoline for that, time for my next oil change, and possible transmission service. The woman stated that I was still under warranty. The Valvoline tech stated that there was nothing wrong with my battery and the shop I went to was incompetent, he didn’t have a solution being that my alternator tested fine with V and the other shop. I decided to purchase the battery from the new shop. I knew I was being deceived by your tech. The problem is resolved and your shop is fired after decades of service. Thank you.

  I’ve had experience with this company before, but the experience at this location stood out in a very positive way. Despite how busy the team was, the manager immediately acknowledged me upon arrival and took the time to communicate professionally and respectfully. I believe the day manager’s name was Jack, and his level of professionalism and attentiveness truly made an impression. Exceptional customer service is rare, and in my opinion, it is just as important — if not more important — than the service itself. This location demonstrated exactly what great customer care should look like. Thank you for the outstanding experience.

  These guys are always great whenever I need an oil change. They provide great service and transparency on your cars service needs. I always appreciate how they don’t try to upsell you but give you the information needed to make a decision.

  I can’t recall the last time I felt like a person, not a wallet or an inconvenience, while getting my oil changed. This place NAILED IT! Everyone was so incredibly kind, asked permission before doing most of their actions, explained everything carefully to me. I wasn’t upsold on anything, just notified. I didn’t feel guilty for pushing off a service. They were clean, courteous and super quick. This is truly a great group here and I’ll definitely be returning again.

  I always receive excellent service here. Everyone is always polite, respectful, cheerful to provide service. Today, Chase and his team took care of my van. He helped me understand each recommended service and went out of his way to find and use deals for me (oil change and radiator/coolant treatment/replacement). What I appreciate the most is that everyone reviewed the recommended services, but everyone helps me understand which service is critical versus should be monitored for the time being. They never let me feel pressured to add on a service and they let me make the decision myself with the information that they provide me. Thank you!
