  A quick in and out today. Very efficient service and courteous techs and they helped out with a coupon, resetting mileage reminder, and opening hood latch had trouble reaching. I took off one star because there were oily spots on the hood of my car in three places. I didn’t notice until I was at home in my garage - rubbed against one with my arm.

  The entire crew was great from the beginning. Got me in right away and was very helpful with some suggestions and even did a couple of things that were to enhance the experience and I was in and out in 30 minutes and my truck is running a lot better even with the more difficult tires that I have on it would definitely come back again

  Had my oil change, radiator flush, engine air filter changed, and all of which has been done with excellence. The communication about the process was 100% easy to understand and also like the feedback about what is to happen next service. I would most definitely recommend Valvoline at Carmel Mountain. I enjoy the Team there very much.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Carmel Mountain Ranch! Aaron provided me with amazing customer service along with excellent, knowledgeable guidance on maintaining my SUV. In addition to my oil change, I had my rear differential fluid serviced. The entire team here is very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. On top of the great service, they honored my military discount. Highly recommended this location to anyone looking for great vehicle care!

  This is my go to Valvoline. Consistently excellent service and a quick in and out. Dylan is an awesome tech, explains everything and runs you through your options without trying to hard sell (which is much appreciated). Entire staff here got my oil and rotation done in ~15 minutes. Very friendly service, they get stuff done very quick and efficiently and overall they just seem like a good bunch working over there. I was 1/2 cars this morning and while the other car was waiting on something I had the entire store working on my tire rotation. You can tell the people working here have a passion for cars as I just overheard their conversations about different cars transmissions. Thanks for an awesome experience and Valvoline-keep Dylan around as long as you possibly can. His people skills are far and beyond most older adults I interact with daily and that’s a skill you just can’t teach. This is a great Valvoline with great people. Highly recommend. Pro tip, it’s located just near In n Out so grab a double-double then get cheap(er) gas at Costco right across the street.
