  Always get my oil changed at this location, never had a bad experience. The service is great, especially for the price and I rarely encounter a line. Employees are friendly and quick. Had to get my battery replaced this visit and it’s annoying to reach but they were good sports. Go to their website for coupons!

  Wow... First time I had a Drive-in oil change. Everyone knew there role in the auto service. It's like driving thru a race track and stopping off for a tire change and then back on the track. It was a cool experience. Great job to all the staff. A++++

  I had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Scripps Summit. I was preparing for a 1,400-mile trip in my 2005 Corolla (90k miles) and didn’t have time to handle the maintenance myself, even though I usually do. From the moment I pulled in, the team worked efficiently and professionally. I stayed in my vehicle the entire time, and Eric walked me through each step, which made the process feel transparent and reassuring. It honestly felt like having my own pit crew—everyone was coordinated and focused, and my car was serviced almost immediately. They completed an oil change, tire rotation, and a safety inspection. The technicians showed me my engine and cabin air filters, which were clearly dirty, so I had them replaced. I appreciated that they physically showed me the condition rather than just recommending it. They did suggest additional services like transmission and radiator flushes, as well as a fuel treatment, but there was no pressure when I declined since I knew those weren’t necessary yet. In total, I was in and out in about 20 minutes, which really impressed me given the amount of work done. Fast, professional, and transparent service—exactly what I needed before a long trip.

  Isaac was my servicing manager. Their service is impeccable, professional and efficient. I love coming to Valvoline because it's quick and easy. It's worth the conveniency. I really appreciate the common courtesies, that yes sir's no ma'ams. Very respectable. Highly recommended

  I went in to get air in my tires and have them look because my sensor was on. They told me that it’s now a $9.99 charge. I said OK that’s fine because when I tried to put the air and the sensor didn’t go off. They then told me that I had a nail in my back tire. I took it to discount tires to get it patched per the recommendation of the rep at Valvoline and when I got to discount tire tires, they told me that there was No nail in my tire, but air needed to be filled up in all of my tires which means I just wasted $9.99 at this Valvoline. I also wasted an afternoon with time off of work, going to discount tires to have them Find nothing wrong with the tire and no nail.
