  Armond was great!! Called ahead and verified they had my battery (they did) and they gave me pricing info ahead of my visit. Everyone on the staff was friendly and efficient, and they took great care of me despite my abhorrent care for my prior battery... Fast service, clean garage, and convenient location on base.

  I came in for an oil change and had an excellent experience. Marco and Carlos were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly while still taking the time to explain everything they checked and making sure my vehicle was in great condition. I really appreciated that they were honest, didn't pressure me into unnecessary services, and treated me with respect. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you need an oil change or other maintenance, I highly recommend asking for Marco and Carlos. They've definitely earned my business for future visits!

  Kat the manager was professional grade!!! She walked me through the steps of what she did to my car in servicing it with the oil change and recommended services !!! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays especially among young people but when you come across it is wonderful !! I hope Kat get to read this and get rewarded for good service!!! I am a retired Marine 24yrs of service and employed with General Dynamics and Marriott hotels ,,,

  I had a great experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location. The team was incredibly quick and professional from the moment I pulled in. What stood out most was how knowledgeable the staff was; they actually took the time to ask me questions about my vehicle's needs rather than just rushing through the service. Highly recommend if you want efficient, quality service.

  The tech lied to me and told that both of my brake lights were out. I went home and told my husband they were both out and he said no they weren't. I asked him how did he know and he told me "I was parked behind you before you left I saw them both light up." He had to move his car for me to get out of the driveway so he saw both of them light up. I always brag about how great the customer service is here and to be dupped out of 40 dollars. I won't be going back.
