  If I could give zero stars I would. I used my insurance company to get a tow to this location because google and their listed hours stated they were open on a Sunday. Which there are very few places that are. I travel for work and got a wrench in my tire on a Sunday. The tow truck driver drops my truck off and leaves. It was about 11-11:30 am so I thought ok maybe it’s lunch time. I go over to the smoke shop in the same complex to ask and to find out, they have always been closed on Sundays. That may be an after covid schedule change. So I ended up needing to get another tow. American Tire had the best service I could ask for AND they were open. You as the company need to change the hours on your door and google.

  One of the best tire experience I’ve had in a long time! Had a blow out on my Tesla and needed urgent help. Got a reservation within the hour and within two hours I was back on the road! Guys were super friendly and responsive!

  Staff is not friendly. I went in for an oil change & they performed the service that I paid for. They didnt inform me of any other maintenance that needed to be done. Not even sure if they did a tire rotation because they failed to mention that I needed new tires, & that the bolts on my tires were corroded & needed to be fixed. Yes, I got my oil change, but overall disappointed in the customer service. I dont know much about cars, so I rely on these "professionals" to let me know what needs to be done to keep my vehicle in good running condition.

  I usually go to this place for oil changes staff is always great, but from the moment I called this morning and talking to whoever was on duty I felt like he had a I don't care attitude. I booked an appointment at 2:15 got there a little late and no one was at counter. I waited for 10 minutes and I think he was helping someone but not sure. I decided to leave and when the guy finally asked me I told I was here for an oil change but decided to go somewhere else and he basically waved his hand as to shoo me away! I've always liked this place but not today! I work for customer service and he was not customer friendly at all and if he was the one on the phone this morning I had that feeling it would be a bad experience
