    Bought 4 tires from Amazon and they installed it. Associates are nice but lack of detail. They’re punctual, but all my wheels came out very dirty and they didn’t put all valve caps back. Tire pressure is completely off. They could’ve done much better job.

    Called and made an appointment on Sunday at 4:30pm. Says it is open online and at the front of the building. When I arrived, doors were locked, garages were down, and manager was unable to be contacted. Personnel who answers the phone is not even physically at the store.

    Made appointment. Went to shop. No one was there. Had flat tire. Googlemaps said store was open. Called phone number. Spoke with receptionist. made appointment for Sunday at noon. Received confirmation email and text. Got to store and it was closed. No lights. garage doors closed. Doors locked. They need to update their hours on Google? Assuming I spoke with call center that doesn't know they are closed on Sundays? Horrible business.
