Do not buy tires from here. I went to buy a single tire and they added charges for services like tire alignment, rotation etc which they didn’t do. When I asked for a refund they said talk to the company. I don’t even know who to get in touch with. Very unethical.

I found Tire Choice by fluke when purchasing tires from easy-tires.com and I couldn’t have been happier. They already had my appt in their system and got me checked in quickly. Jerome was awesome and very polite. My car was ready in a couple of hours and when I had an issue he resolved it the same day. The other team members were very pleasant to deal with as well. Very happy with my service here.

Extremely disappointing experience I dropped my truck off at Tire Choice at 12:00 PM and made it very clear that I needed the truck back by the end of the day because of an important road trip. I specifically asked them to let me know as soon as possible if they couldn’t get the work done that day. Instead, I didn’t hear anything until 5:22 PM, when they finally called and told me they weren’t going to be able to get my truck in. That’s over 5 hours of waiting just to find out they weren’t going to do the job. What made it even more frustrating is that I took the truck to the Goodyear right next door, and they welcomed me in, offered me a better price, and had much newer equipment. They got the job done the same day in less than 2 hours. I understand that shops can get busy, but if you tell a customer you’ll let them know if you can’t accommodate them, waiting until 5:22 PM to say you can’t do it is unacceptable—especially when the customer specifically explained that they had an important trip and needed the vehicle that day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I personally would never go back to Tire Choice.

Ordered tires from Amazon and selected TireChoice for installation. TireChoice did a great job with the appointment process and especially with the installation. But the best part is their outstanding cooperation in resolving a screw up by Amazon in which Amazon mistakenly sent later 4 additional tires to that shop, which required some input by the tire shop to return the wrong shipment back to Amazon. Special thanks to Jerome for his superb service.
