Ruben was amazing with me. I brought in my '22 Individual M550i on a Sunday and he was able to reassure my confidence and get me safely on the road for the rest of the day since I had a lot to do. He had me bring in my car this Monday morning since I had time to do the repair. He explained every issue going on and how it'd be taken care of. Very straightforward, honest, and kind.I left my car there for half the day and came back to the car feeling brand new again. I usually go to Discount Tire but I will absolutely be back + reccomend others. Thank you again Team Power Tires!
