When I arrived at the appointed time, they were ready and waiting, having actually read the comments I had written when making the online appointment. They were very complete with the analysis of my car's problem(s). What I initially thought was a transmission issue turned into a bearing/brakes/transmission issue. Given the age of my car and the cost to repair, TBH informed me that the car was not worth the repair costs. Not only that, they did not charge me for the inspection services. Thank you TBH! Great place. Knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and professional, hard to find in an automotive repair shop these days.
