  Pretty good, had to wait a while for my oil filter to show up, but the service was great. I was thinking of putting 4 stars, but have decided to give it 5. The reasoning is this; even though the wait was longer than I was expecting, their mechanic team had ordered pizza for lunch and could see both of my toddlers struggling while waiting. They gave them pizza slices and were extra kind to them the whole time. This is service that goes above just for my vehicle, they took care of my family as well. I will definitely be going back and will be recommending them to friends and family. No shady mechanic vibes here!

  My experience was great. I needed some pretty significant work done on my MKZ Lincoln. And when I first contacted, then he worked with me to try to get me to be able to get some financing for the full cost and unfortunately from my end that didn’t work out but he worked with me through the process to order my parts for us cheap as he could, and get me minimal cost for labor. Once I was able to set a deposit for the parts. He ordered them right away and was able to get me in and out the same day. Everybody was very professional. Communication was great, and for the WORK. I need it done, which was upper and lower control arms for my front wheels. They gave me the Best price possible. I highly recommend them. They didn’t try to tell me my car needed a bunch of other things. The price that they set for me was the price. I paid walking out the door and they explained everything that needed to go on. The stuff was great. My experience with them was great. I will definitely be going back for my future Work if necessary.

  Benjamin was great at walking me through what was happening with my car. He was very easy to talk to and great at explaining the diagnosis and how to keep everything humming along. The service was quick and easy and the team kept me updated throughout the process. They were attentive to my concerns and gave me the information I needed to make decisions about how to move forward.

  I had to get a pretty significant job done on my Lincoln Mkz .. front upper and lower arm controls, and Ben worked with me from the very start. First trying to help me with the financing option and when I was able to get that he found the best price he could for me and got me in quickly and out the same day. The staff was helpful and worked quickly! Great service. Great communication. Great integrity! Highly suggest
