  USE CAUTION WITH PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE THAT'S NOT NOTED . (Edit one week later- Despite the promises below, aka lip service, no one has reached out or even responded to my now two emails. Assuming it's the same process with everyone, please know that: WITHOUT SEEING THE CAR FIRST, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement taking responsibility for any damage not noted already noted. You will have to DESCEND TO A DARK ISOLATED AREA OF A BASEMENT GARAGE where it will be difficult to see imperfections and where there's NO AGENT to check with let alone anyone else at all. There will NOT be any OBVIOUS, IMMEDIATE WAY TO DOCUMENT DISCREPANCIES with no agent down there nor is there any apparent place to pull over near the office, examine the rental in the light and to follow up BEFORE YOU DEPART. To top it off you won't find a phone number for this location and if you manage their email they will likely ignore you. Hope this helps someone) I am very disappointed with the rental process at this point. Jesse you were very nice when I picked up my rental yesterday morning at 8:55 am but there was pre-existing damage that was not noted and I have to wonder if this was done knowingly. I have pics my camera captured when I picked up the car, that show the dents clearly, but I was unable to deal with it immediately. I tried to find a way to contact this location directly but there's no way to do so and I had no other way to discuss this with you besides writing this review. I'm now stuck and frustrated.. finding it impossible and getting through to the right person at SIXT is a nightmare. If you would like me to revise my review please contact me directly and help me straighten this out. Edit: I was able to find out your email and sent you more info and pics. PLEASE RESPOND.

  Had a great experience very helpful. Alberto gomez was the who helped me with my rental. great customer service , car was clean and drove nice no complains. Will be coming back for future rentals

  Terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. They ran out of cars but the app allowed me to book a reservation. When I arrived in person to get my car the guy told me he called into their system to close off their availability but he never called me to save me the trip. Bush league doesn’t even begin to describe this operation. I won’t be attempting to rent from Sixt ever again.

  My husband Bill and I love renting from Sixt. We do it from whatever city we visit that offers Sixt cars. Frankly we do it even in our own home town. Of San Diego! We love Jesse, the manager, at the Intercontinental location in San Diego. He is our go to when rent to go on a short trip with our kids, that visit from out of town, to Disney or Palm Springs. The cars are always outstanding and comfortable for a longer ride. That team at the office Jesse helms is the best!
