I have been renting cars from them continuously for the past 5 months, but they treat long-term and loyal customers with complete disregard. I had a genuine issue with my rental car and went to their branch 3 times to request a vehicle exchange. Every single time, I was met with drama, excuses, and unhelpful behavior from the staff. Instead of resolving a simple issue, they made it unnecessarily frustrating. If this is how they treat customers who rent with them for months, I cannot imagine how bad it is for others. Very unprofessional management and pathetic customer support. Will not recommend!

- JMJordan MccormickSep 24, 20261.0Used them for the first time and they didn’t walk with me to do a pre or post pick up inspection on the vehicle and tried to blame damages on the wear and tear on it. Prices are low but doesn’t mean anything if you are getting blamed for damages that they don’t have proof of before you took it that you did it.
