  Excellent Car Rental Experience I highly recommend SIXT Rent a Car in San Diego. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Juan was especially helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the rental and return process very smooth and easy. Great customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The customer service is great, very helpful and understanding. Alicia Lopez was the operator who both helped us with our rental and the return, she was very kind and knows perfectly how to help us customers. We are very grateful.

  Easy and fast service. Vehicle was a beauty. A tad too expensive for me though. I would definitely rent from Sixt all the time if I wasn't broke. I just needed to get from A to B, but every other cheap place was sold out.

  I had an amazing experience with SIXT, especially at the Cross Border Xpress (CBX) return location near the San Diego/Tijuana border. This was my first time renting with SIXT, my first time using the CBX border crossing, and even my first time driving an electric vehicle—a Lucid Gravity. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The biggest reason for my 5-star review is Kevin at the CBX return location. Kevin was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the return process, and made sure I understood everything, especially since it was my first time renting from SIXT and my first time at that border crossing. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and effortless. The return process was fast, organized, and hassle-free, thanks to Kevin's excellent customer service and hes bilingual. Employees like him make a huge difference and are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Kevin, for making my first SIXT rental and my first electric vehicle experience such a memorable one. I'll definitely be renting with SIXT again and highly recommend the CBX location to anyone traveling through the San Diego/Mexico border!
