  I'm very satisfied and I would recommend safelite. They cane the next day to repair my windshield. The technician is very professional and great service! I attached before and after photos. No copay, it was all covered by my insurance!Thank you safelite!

  I do not have any appointment with them for today, and did not come to this store. However, I received an email that service was completed today and received receipt from them! Wired! And I am quite concerned if someone use service but under my insurance policy or? I don’t know what happened and try to call them three times, nothing has been resolved. The customer service is nice and said need to confirm with the store. Nothing she can do as no one answered. They can only emailed them and waited for response. Please have someone clarify what happened?

  My technician explained the repair to me, gave me a time frame for the repair, delivered under the estimated time, explained what he did and wished me a great day. Outstanding customer service!

  I'm a 30-year Navy veteran. USAA referred us to Safelite to replace the cracked windshield on our 2024 Volvo S60 B5 AWD. Safelite called Friday offering an earlier appointment for Saturday, 8/15/2026 at 2:30 pm. My wife and I each drove 30 min expecting a 3-hr replacement & calibration. Upon arrival, we were told calibration wasn't available and we'd need to reschedule. A technician mentioned another customer had already been turned away for the same issue. The supervisor blamed a third-party calibration coordination problem. Safelite's inability to coordinate basic scheduling & notification -- and turning away back-to-back customers -- was appalling. My confidence in Safelite, built on USAA's referral and their advertising, was completely shattered! Highly recommend confirming both windshield & calibration are fully available prior to driving out there.
