  Marred my antenna base and scratched the hell out of the antenna. With an attitude, he told me it had to be done and that's what a warranty is for. Secondly, he blamed me because it's an aftermarket antenna. Worker also left sealing debris on street and sidewalk. Called their number to get my antenna repaired and got the run around. Asked for manager name and would only give a first name, Mike. I won't be using them again in the future

  I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed to have it replaced. I booked my appointment through my insurance company, and Safelite took care of the rest. They were able to come to me at my office and serviced my car while I worked. The technician Vincent was great, very accommodating and called me ahead of time to work out all the logistical details. When I told him of my time constraints, he was able to get to me a little earlier than expected and completed everything quickly and efficiently. Overall great service, shout out to Vincent for taking care of me and my windshield replacement.

  Awesome service. The technician was great and explained all of the process for repairing the back window of my Tesla. I had to bring it to the store because the window was so big, but he was great and fixed it in about an hour.

  I took a half day off work for a scheduled windshield repair. I just got a message they couldn't come today, and to call back to reschedule. I tried three times to get a live agent, but their automated bot wouldn't allow it. Terrible customer service. I'll be looking for another company to repair my windshield.
