I had an amazing experience at Safelite! The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Big thanks to Mr.Ivan 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They replaced my windshield with an OEM glass and handled the recalibration perfectly. I’m especially grateful for the care they took and the clear instructions they gave me for aftercare. Highly recommend this location!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
My car was sent to this shop for windshield repair from my insurance. The technician replaced the wiper blades after finishing the windshield repair. The problem was that he didn't tell me for that additional service before doing it. I just replaced my wipers two weeks ago. There was no need to replace them. I got a bill and had to pay for the service that I didn't request. When I complained they just got away and didn't give me any explanation. I felt like I was being cheated. I will never come to this shop to do any services in future.

I strongly recommend as I was able to get an appointment within 30 mins and the crack fix was done in 20 mins.
The technician was very informative about what needs to be done and what was done and why it was done that way.
He was super careful in handling my car.
No need to wait for making the payment at the help desk, the payment was done right there where the car was delivered.
Last but not the least- the pricing is way less that getting the same work done at a dealer service center.

My insurance recommended Safelite. It was easy to schedule and took very little effort on my part. Shout out to Wawanesa’s schedulers/representatives! They were able to schedule me for the day after I called. Their availabilities/hours are great. They told me it would take about 2 and a half hours but ended up taking an hour. It felt quick and easy and it cost me $300 to replace an entire windshield vs $400+ at competitive glass repairs. Would definitely come here again.

Very frustrating experience overall. I own a Subaru and live about 35 minutes away from this business—over an hour in rush hour traffic. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the work would take 2–3 hours. However, when I arrived just before my appointment time, I was informed (for the first time) that the car needed a full tank of gas and that the service would actually take the entire day.
I had to leave to fill the tank, then return and drop off the car. From there, I Ubered home. Had I known in advance that this would be an all-day job, I would have arranged for my spouse to follow me so I wouldn’t need alternative transportation.
I was told they would stay past their 5:00 PM closing time to finish the work. As 5:00 approached, I tried calling for an update, only to discover there is no direct local phone number. I contacted corporate, who attempted—unsuccessfully—to reach the shop and even sent an urgent email requesting they call me. I never received a call back.
Ultimately, my wife had to drive me back to the shop after 5:00 PM and drop me off. The work wasn’t completed until after 6:00 PM.
While the quality of the work itself was excellent, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.
