  I have ordered from Rubber the Right Way several times in the past and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a major disappointment. My order was shipped to a home address instead of the body shop address I provided. When I contacted customer service, I expected help resolving the mistake. Instead, they were unwilling to work with me to recover my money or replace the product. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds when a customer needs help. In this case, I was left with no satisfactory resolution. Based on my recent experience, I am disappointed with the customer service and hope the company improves how it handles issues with long-time customers.

  Thankful to have found what we needed for our Gmc van! It was leaking from dry rot and this solved it

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I called to verify if a part I want to purchase will in fact fit my vehicle and was told it would. Received part. It does not fit. They agreed to take part back but are saying shipping is my responsibility. They are the ones who confirmed that it would fit and they should be the ones to eat the shipping cost. It’s a $16 dollar part, and I’m sure shipping will be close to that cost

  Wonderful Customer service and great place to do Business with. Unfortunately the samples won't work for our sunroof seal. But this Company really is helpful.
