  Excellent, friendly, and educational service every time. Been going here for ten years, on my third car (my first new car!). In addition to window tinting that I’ve always done, I have gotten into after market adjustments and now have an additional inverter and second battery system that will allow me to use and charge basically anything I want or need off of my car (including boiling water!). Their prices are good, the work is excellent, and they always leave my car in better shape than when I brought it in. Whatever you need, Dave and Said (and the whole team) will make sure yiu get it and are happy with the result.

  I came in for an electrical issue and shared all tests and results I had already completed. After the vehicle was handed off, the updates provided were not related to the electrical diagnostics. Because of miscommunication, the engine codes were reset and my follow-up visit effectively restarted the diagnostic process—no codes were present, and the appointment wasn’t entered, resulting in lost time. I understand everyone meant well, but I’d prefer one point of contact to ensure continuity and clear communication. I also felt I spent about $150 on diagnostic to read codes that I had already access to on my own. I was very specific about what software would be needed and what I wanted looked over and if it would be possible for them. UPDATE: That would be amazing but sadly you don't have wiTECH software so I would not be able to see the system communication in real time which is what I am looking for and made this request before we started. I have already had the transmission looked over and have had that code for 3 years off and on. Thank you

  Very disappointing experience. I came in for a transmission issue and had diagnostics and a fluid change performed. After the diagnostic work, my vehicle was in worse condition and was barely drivable. I was told I needed a TCM replacement for around $1,000. Based on how the situation developed after the diagnostics, I approved the repair in hopes of resolving the issue. After paying, there was no improvement whatsoever. The exact same transmission issues I originally brought the car in for are still present, and I am out approximately $1,000 for the repair, plus additional costs for diagnostics and fluid service, with no resolution. I did not return the vehicle for further work due to lack of confidence after the initial experience. Overall, the communication, diagnostic process, and outcome did not meet expectations. I would strongly recommend a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.

  Absolutely incredible experience!!! Dave and the crew were kind, attentive, and helpful in every step throughout the process. They helped me with my car situation with so much grace and ease. The whole team is so great- it was truly a pleasure.

  I can’t recommend this mechanic enough. My husband and I feel we can really trust them, their prices, and their advice. Our favorite thing about Qwik is that it's run by a family who is passionate about what they do. This is a non-corporate, practical, shop that delivers a great customer experience. If you live in SD, this is your mechanic.
