  Excellent staff, I've talked to the manager on a couple occasions and he's very helpful attentive and professional ( a very thin young man) with a very respectful and guest service oriented personality. And all the staff are very responsive and make the experience a joy.

  I had the best experience here! I went today with my mom to wash my husbands car after getting back from a small deployment (his car was a total mess!!) and when we pulled in they were sadly closed, no biggie; But as we were getting ready to turn around and head out the nicest person walked out, I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, super nice person with short hair. Anyways, she moved the cones out of the way and set us up with a carwash. She was so kind! I would’ve gotten a membership (I’m going out of town for awhile so it would be wasted on me at this time) which i usually never do but I was so blown away by her amazing service. Not only did she let us in but a car behind us as well. After the wash we decided to vacuum as well. The vacuums were fantastic, they also had moist towels, and trash cans. You can tell the heart they put into this place. I usually hate car washes between them being expensive and stuff never working right but omg, I’m going back and getting a membership now. That employee seriously made my day with her kindness, I never would have asked someone to open back up after closing but she went out of her way. Can’t recommend this place enough

  Usually a good experience. I have a membership and my car on file was totaled. I tried telling the staff, but they couldn’t find my account until I looked it up on the tablet myself. They then told me that to remove the old car and add the new one that I would have to pay (after I already pointlessly paid for a wash just prior) Pretty frustrated. Spent 22$ on a wash that I should not have had to. Hoping this gets visibility so I can have this problem fixed, or I’ll take my meager business somewhere else.

  Puntos importantes de revision: Las toallas ninguna estaba limpia, por lo que se ve solamente las recogen del bote y las vuelven a colocar en el dispensador, estaban húmedas y sucias en serio!!. El lugar esta a dos calles de mi casa y tome la oferta mas premium para probar el supuesto descuento... y el servicio es mas caro que el anterior lavadero ponny wash. En el anterior el servicio mas caro era de 25 dolares y en este nuevo lugar anda por los 40 dolares y saben qué? * no dan pinos aromatizantes de cortesía cada que llegas* ( le pregunte a la chica por mi arbolito y me dijo que no dan nada pero que esta vez me iba a dar uno, y yo.. qué??? *No dan los paños de cortesia para limpiar el tablero* * no hay nadie que le de una pequeña revisión al coche para asegurarse que tu lavado este correcto.* * no sucede nada de lo que segun ofrecen en la página web.* Regresare a mis antiguos lugares de lavado donde si te dan aromatizante y las toallas si estan limpias de verdad y no estan todas reutilizadas, al terminar el mes cancelaré este servicio con quick quick car wash Pagas el servicio premium para recibir un servicio totalmente básico 👎🏻 en HAPPY BUBBLES CAR WASH si ten dan todo esto por menos DECEPCIÓN ABSOLUTA, LO SIENTO.

  Excellent customer service that makes it worth the price. Manager Crystal (sp?) saw that my car didn't get cleaned the first time around and they offered me a same-day rewash to make sure I was happy. I appreciate the smiles and attention to detail by staff. OMG NOW MY BRAKES DON'T SQUEAK! Guess I had brake dust built up. Go for the most expensive wash if you need wheel & tire work.
